The fully stocked kitchen is ready for delicious meals. Off the kitchen is an ampule spaced dining area. At the back of the home you will find a large mud room, space for everyone's coats and shoes, along with a top loading washer and dryer. The 2 car garage is yours to use. Upstairs boasts all 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Outside, enjoy the large, fully fenced-in yard, perfect for the entire family. Located just minutes from local shops, restaurants, and parks, this home offers the perfect convenience.

Boyne City is a community of mixed travel. This home is set amongst a charming Boyne City neighborhood. Streets are lined with sidewalks where people say hello to one another while walking their dogs. Neighbor kids shovel sidewalks of those in need and neighbors know and look out for one another. After dark it's quiet other than laughter shared among friends sitting around the patio in the summer. A walk to the bars and restaurants is feasible for even the youngest guests, but a bike ride is even more fun. Inquire about the availability of bikes during your stay! Additionally, we have pontoon boats available for rent as well as a MOBILE SAUNA large enough for your whole group! Inquire for more infoe.

There is a pet fee of $125. We love dogs, but realize that not all of our guests do. We work hard to make sure there is no evidence after each four legged guest so we have the following rules:
1. No dogs on the furniture.
2. You must clean up all waste in the yard. If not, a fee of $50-$100 will be charged.
3. Dogs must not be left alone at the house unless crated.
4. The pet fee you paid covers your dogâs stay. Any additional cleaning required (hair, paw prints, dirt, etc) because of your dog will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do have cleaning supplies available at the house, so if there is a need to clean up after your dog, youâll have the opportunity. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. Again, we just ask that pets are not on the beds (or any furniture).
