This is our 2nd time staying at this home! We love everything about it! The ease to walk onto what feels like your private beach is truly priceless. We like to stay mid island so you are Just minutes from downtown (which has started to rebuild) but not in the middle of the business of lani kai and margaritaville. The house is fully equipped, even with pack and plays and high chair for the littles! Already missing our home away from home and can't wait to book again!

Great house and location

Beautiful home, unbeatable view. Being able to walk out the door and be on the beach was truly awesome! The kids really loved the pool table and ping pong table, which we used a lot. All the amenities on hand made for a perfect turnkey beach vacation. I especially appreciated the quality of everything.

The size and location of this property was just what we were looking for. The beach is only steps from the door and the views from the property are awesome. The house itself could use some sprucing up but it was comfortable and meet our needs.

Great gulf-front home with pool and direct beach access

This house was great for our family (6 adults and 1 infant). The rooms are large and the views fantastic! There are lots of pool and beach toys / chairs / etc. available, making it quite easy to enjoy the amenities. Walking on the beach during low tide was particularly fascinating! And, the house is close to many restaurants and stores.

The house is beautiful. The location is perfect. We loved going to Junkanoo each day for happy hour and riding bikes to Time Square each evening. Loved how close we were to the beach and enjoyed the pool too. We hope to be back next year!

Perfect beach getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay! You can't be the location, steps from the sand! The owner was extremely communicative any time something came up. The house is equipped with pretty much anything you need! Having the pool table and ping pong table was a big bonus. We will be back!

Beach Vacation

Amazing how nice this rental was post hurricane. The house is exactly what the description says. Location is great, walked the beach every mornings. Enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Sat on the balcony at night looking at the stars and the shoreline. Sunsets were awesome on the beach.

Great Vacation

The location of the property was great. Publix 1 mile away, 7-11 across the street and Junkanoo Beach Restaurant at walking distance made everything very easy. The beach just a couple of steps away. The house was beautiful and very spacious. The beach was amazing . Having the pool was great as well, you could come back from the beach and relax in the pool. The house had everything you can think of. Will definitely stay again!

Location is fabulous

Enjoyed our stay. Location of property is fabulous. House was comfortable but could use some updating. Hot tub motor was making a loud noise that made it hard to enjoy time around the pool. Contacted owner but never got a response.
