Perfect for the beach

The condo was clean, and had just enough space, the balconies were both very nice and the view was awesome. Furniture is a little dated, but beds were comfortable.

Beautiful, peaceful, wonderful

Stunning location at the end of Treasure Island, the condo is clean and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. Across the lot from the pool and steps from the beach, there's also a boardwalk all the way around and on the channel side, a fun slice of dog beach. We ate our meals on the balcony watching the sunset. You might be able to find a place with more updates but you can't beat this location. We will be back.

Wonderful Place To Stay!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to Land's End for many years and we always stay in this condo. The condo has everything you need from beach chairs, swim noodles to a fully equipped kitchen. The staff at Land's End and Resort Rentals have always been friendly and easy to get along with. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of room to just hang out. I can't say enough about how great this place is!

For the vacation resort to improve I would suggest allowing drinks in plastic cups to be allowed in the pool area, even adding a little Beverage Bar in the pool area, that allows people to purchase beverages in plastic bottles.

At that moment we found out that the washing machine did not work. I called the management company and was told that they would have someone out to repair it. No one showed and we never received a follow up call from the office.

My family had a good vacation here!

Sunset is breathtaking! Safe private community with assigned parking lot. Just steps away to the beach! Heated pool with a hot SPA are perfect for our family! We cooked breakfast two times and ordered pizza two times during our stay. There are tons of great restaurants in short distance! The washer and dryer are so handy for a beach vacation! There are beach chairs, surfing board, floating toys in the condo as well! We have had a great vacation here! Will definitely come back!

Great place to stay and relax

A few minute walk from the beach, through the property. No crossing a road. Beach was amazing sand soft and white. The house was clean.

Land's End #307 building 1 - Gulf View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful stay at this unit. We stayed between July 3rd and July 17th. The apartment is wonderful, with great views. The beach (Sunset Beach) is spectacular and not crowded. Even though it is hot in July, we still spent 3 hours at the beach every morning and about 2 hours in the afternoon after 5pm, with protective clothing. The area is beautiful, lots of sightseeing options. We had a lot of fun renting paddle boards that are delivered to and picked up from Land's End. We watched the fireworks from our balcony on the 4th, very convenient since we were with two little kids. The unit had some beach toys, two beach chairs, an umbrella, and some swimming noodles. The parking is right under the building, and the assigned spot very close to the elevator. There is a cart available to transport your luggage. The noise insulation was not that great. The unit is overlooking the pool, that is open until 11pm, so there is some noise from there, but not too bad, and we heard people starting their cars to leave as early as 5:30 in the morning. But most of all we had a noisy neighbor upstairs. All this with closed windows. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Overall great place to stay, and we would love to go back.
