Everything was perfect including the weather. Rick is an excellent owner and very proud of his property and it shows. The location and s great and you can’t beat the beaches. You won’t regret renting from Rick as he treats you as if he’s known you for years!!

We are locals and needed a place to stay for a few days while some work on our house was completed. This is a great location to walk to everything on Treasure Island and very convenient to the Publix adjacent. The unit it better than advertised and patio sits across from the beach. While not totally unobstructed, for the price and overall property location, a good view of the gulf. Very clean, well-maintained and phenomenal owner Rick who is extremely helpful and communicative. When we have friends/family who come visit, we will suggest they stay here in the future.

Great place to stay in Treasure Island!

This condo is very clean and super well-stocked. The neighborhood is very walkable - Publix is next door and the beach is across the street. Lots of good restaurants close by. The owners are very kind, accommodating and hands-on; answering any questions quickly and providing good recommendations for food, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Karin and Rick were the most amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Their condo had everything our family could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. It was very clean, great location and short distance to a beautiful beach. Cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful Property, location & owners

We loved this property. The location was beautiful and an easy walk to the beach with a newborn, 1 and 3 year old. The owners made this trip so easy for us which is what easily gives this property a “leg up” on other properties we have stayed at previously in the area. We will definitely make a trip back!

The hosts, location, accommodations, and condo were great. The hosts made sure we had plenty of spices, pans, laundry soap, etc. They provided everything, including beach towels, beach wagon, umbrella and toys for the grandkids who stayed for awhile.

Great amenities, location, and owners.

The condo was perfect for our spring break. It was great location right across from beach and next to Publix. The owners Rick and Karin were very responsive and even were kind enough to make sure they had a stroller and life vest for our 2 year old son. The condo had everything we needed for a beach or pool day. We would return to this condo if ever in the area again.

Family vacation

We love the location of the property as it is next to a grocery and within walking distance of the beach. This is very beneficial when vacationing with small children. We really appreciate the condo being stocked with essentials and the personal welcome from condo owners.

Comfortable paradise!

Karin and Rick are amazing hosts! The property is very well maintained and very clean! They went out of their way to make sure everything was set up for us and made the extra effort to personally contact us and get to know us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Property was in a perfect location and met all of our needs. Beach and beach bars in walking distance. Groceries right next door. The unit was clean and well supplied. Rick, the host is a great communicator and made sure we had what we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Best Week on the Beach!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. Easy beach access, great pool and hot tub on the property, where we could see the dolphins passing by! The owners were super nice and had great communication. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay! Pool and beach accessories were such a nice touch. And being literally next door to Publix made for easy snacks and meals, when we didn’t feel like walking to one of the many nearby restaurants.
