Ombyggd lyx 4BR - promenad till Kierland!

Vårt hus ombyggdes sommaren 2016! Lyxigt hus på 3200 kvadratmeter på lugnt gator gångavstånd - 0. 12 miles - från Kierland Commons (shopping & restauranger) och Kierland Golf Course. Vi har 4BR 2. 5 badrum med extra sitt / läsning / TV-rum. Samtida ytbehandlingar, helt nya apparater i rostfritt stål, bänkskivor i granit och möbler för modern restaurering. Privat pool och trädgård. De fyra sovrummen har plyschmadrasser och 500 sängkläder. Öppen planlösning, Samsung 60-tums TV i familjerum med DirecTV-service och Wi-Fi. Vårt hus ligger 20 minuter från PHX flygplats i hjärtat av fashionabla North Scottsdale.

5 minuter från årliga evenemang inklusive: FBR / Phoenix Open, Barret-Jackson Auto Auction. Kort bilresa till Salt River Spring Training Complex och Fiesta Bowl.

Gorgeous and comfortable

This home is immaculate and in a nice neighborhood. The layout and spaciousness is perfect for a family group. The beds and furnishings are beautiful, but more importantly comfortable. I highly recommend this home for your next visit to Scottsdale, the owners have thought about every detail to make your trip fun and relaxing.

Great week

The house was beautiful and immaculate. It was also nicely furnished and had all the supplies you need. The neighborhood was quiet with many shops and restaurants within a short distance. The pool area was lovely and private. The only negative was that the pool could not be heated and even though the temperatures each day were in the 80s the water was extremely cold.

Amazing home away from home!

The house was immaculate, in perfect condition, and beautifully appointed. It was so spacious and airy, and had all the amenities you would want in a home. It has a very warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in your own home. The hosts were a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. Was truly wonderful to be here, and we would love to come again!

Amazing home!

My girlfriends and I (8 total) were more than comfortable in this home. They property was stocked and decorated so nice. We were able to walk to a cafe (about a mile) each morning. Thank you again for opening up your home.

A lovely house where you really feel like at your own home. It is keeping with great care, both inside and outside, very spacious, we are 5 plus 2 kids, but we have the place for more... Great place, clean and lives up to its photos

What a great retreat for us as we celebrated our son's wedding. The place is immaculate, comfortable, clean, and has great touches everywhere. Four bedrooms are very spacious and master bathroom is wonderful. We especially enjoyed the French language welcome on the pantry door chalk board. Within easy walking distance to Kierland shops and restaurants. Private backyard. Will definitely be back and highly recommend this great place!

Wonderful Home in great Scottsdale location
