A wall-to-wall renovation of this unit will take place in June of 2025 transforming this charming one bedroom condo into a premium and modern space including a new kitchen, new bathroom, new flooring throughout, new furniture, a functional loft space, and split AC.

Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo perched on the top floor offering breathtaking ocean views from the lanai, where you can unwind to the sound of rolling waves and watch surfers catching the perfect break. Shores of Maui is an intimate garden-style condominium complex just steps from the vibrant beaches of South Kihei.
Inside, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing, worry-free stay. The condo is fully equipped with all the essentials for comfort and convenience, making it a perfect home base for your Maui adventure. Currently with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a planned renovation in the spring of 2025 that will elevate this unit to a whole new level! The new layout will include a king bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a futon in the loft area with a proper staircase for access.
Located just a block from Kamaole Beach I, one of Maui's premier beaches, you'll have easy access to snorkeling, swimming, paddleboarding, or simply lounging in the golden sand. When you're ready to explore, you're within walking distance to Kihei's best restaurants, boutique shopping, and local markets.
The Shores of Maui also boasts excellent on-site amenities, including a sparkling pool, hot tub, and a private tennis court. Free parking and a laid-back atmosphere make this spot an unbeatable value for your island getaway.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time.
