Välkommen till vår Maui-lägenhet vid stränderna i Maui, ett litet lägenhet (femtio enheter), med en fantastisk havsutsikt över South Mauis bästa surfingstrand, Cove Park Beach och Molokini Crater, en populär snorkel- och dykdestination.

Bara några steg från stranden är den här fastigheten centralt belägen och fem minuters promenad över gatan till Cove Park. Du kan gå söderut längs den gräsbevuxna bluffen med utsikt över havet och vara på Charley Young Beach, en av de mest orörda, badbara sandstränderna i södra Kihei. Kamaole I Beach ligger intill Charley Young Beach och är en mycket familjevänlig sandstrand med full Life Guard-tjänster, picknickområden, toaletter och duschar.

Ett strandaktivitetscenter för surf- och paddelbrädeuthyrning och lektioner handlar om en fem minuters promenad norrut på S. Kihei Rd. Du hittar en livsmedelsbutik med full service (Foodland), restauranger, kaféer (Kihei Caffe), butiker, nattliv och underhållning inom de kommande två kvarteren.

En soluppvärmd pool och spa med utsikt över det glittrande Stilla havet, en privat tennisbana, flera gasgrillar och täckt picknickområde är tillgängliga för din njutning. Trevliga förbättringar av våra 1 sovrum, 1 badrum andra våningen lägenhet. Om du letar efter en enhet utan mattor har vi installerat alla nya lyxiga vinylplankgolv genom lägenheten för 2017. Dessutom levererar vi många av de artiklar du behöver i det välutrustade köket. Våra 3 nya tysta takfläktar installerade i vardagsrummet, kök och sovrum håller den tropiska luften som rinner genom enheten. Vardagsrummet har luftkonditionering om du behöver mer kylning än takfläktar och havbris ger. Kungesängen är väldigt bekväm och det finns en ny bäddsoffa för 2017 drottning i vardagsrummet. Trådlöst höghastighetsinternet, kabel med en 48 "och 32" TV: n, DVD-spelare och gratis, obegränsad långdistanssamtal till Inter-Islands, USA-fastlandet och Kanada ingår alla. Maui Getaway in Kihei

We had a wonderful time during our recent visit to Maui. We appreciate Mike and Lorrie sharing their condo with us. It was every easy to communicate with them which made arriving for check-in flawless. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy numerous days comfortably on the beach. We also had a fully equipped kitchen, but chose to enjoy all the great restaurants close by and avoid cooking :) The view from the patio is beautiful, we woke up each morning and enjoyed coffee while watching surfers and paddleboarders. The grounds are kept up so nicely - we met the onsite manager a couple of times and he couldn't have been nicer! The location is exactly where we wanted to be - across from the beach (and easy access to so many others!). We loved being able to easily walk to restaurants and enjoy a variety of live music. The hidden gem - is South Maui Gardens - which is literally half a block from the condo. We enjoyed the artisan show, food trucks, and hula show. Make sure you walk Kalama Beach in the morning - it's a fun stroll and you'll see plenty turtles enjoying their breakfast! Mahalo, Mike & Lorrie!

Such a great spot!

We were super happy with this Kihei condo! It had a view of the beach across the street. It’s around the corner from South Maui Gardens, which was so great (look it up). Nice pool. Quick walk to grocery store. We would stay here again for sure!

3 Weeks in Paradise

My wife and I had an excellent 3-week stay at Lorrie and Mike's place. They were very communicative ahead of and during the trip answering all the questions we had. Check-in/out was a breeze and they provided detailed information ahead of time and on paper within the condo. Shores of Maui is in a great location with beaches, restaurants, Foodland, etc. all easily in walking distance. They provided a variety of beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, noodles, ice packs) that we made great use of! Their kitchen is well-stocked with spices and sauces in the fridge - I will say that they could use new non-stick pans and a decent cutting board but we had no problem cooking many delicious meals and enjoying them on the lanai. The grounds, pool area and BBQs are well maintained and welcoming. We also appreciated the availability of a phone (especially as Canadians). We even managed to get to know some of their neighbours a little. Sunsets weren't quite visible from the lanai but a 30-second stroll to the pool fixes that. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to return in the future. Mahalo Lorrie and Mike for a fabulous stay in your little corner of paradise!

Nice condo, great location

This is a nice property for the price. Everything was as advertised. The owners were very communicative and responded to minor issues immediately. Great view from the lanai. Nice pool and facilities. Walking distance to everything you need. The listing mentions A/C in the living room. It was quite hot while we were there, even overnight, and the bedroom didn't cool off well. That's the only negative; really could use and A/C in the bedroom. Bed was extremely comfy.

Perfect holiday

This property is a wonderful place to stay and relax. There were many things for us to do. Everything's in walking distance and we really enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool. We would not hesitate to return again. Thank you again Lorrie and Mike for the wonderful accommodation. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Perfect location

Perfect location!

Lorrie and Mike were super hosts, very responsive in all our communications. The condo is a short walk (right across the street) from the beach, and walking distance to fantastic restaurants. We loved spending time at the pool, and using the grills provided for meals when we elected to stay in. There are beach chairs, umbrella, even fishing poles provided! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Maui.

Great location

This condo was in a great location where we could walk to many things. The hosts have a well stocked condo with lots of things there in case you forgot something. Bathroom was nicely updated. Pool was lovely and I enjoyed watching the surfers from the patio every day. Only bad part was air conditioner wax only in the living room and since I’m a very hot sleeper the bedroom was very hot at night for me. There is a ceiling fan and a floor fan. Otherwise great trip.

Shores of Kihei #207

Mike and Lorrie were wonderful hosts in this 1 bedroom/1bath condo. Kitchen had everything we needed and stocked with dishwashing detergent as well as laundry detergent. Thank you! Location cannot be beat as it is right across from Cove Beach, a surfer’s paradise. Walking distance to the many restaurants and shops of cute Kihei. Also very clean unit. The drawbacks were that the unit has only one air conditioning unit that works in the living room area and doesn’t reach the bedroom. Sometimes this wasn’t a big problem but even with the windows open for the ocean breeze, it was still too hot at times. Also, the positioning of the unit in relation to the parking lot wasn’t ideal. The bedroom faces the parking lot and we could hear cars at all hours of the night. There is a common hallway that leads to other units so with the bedroom window open, there is a lot of noise from people going in and out of the unit. Most people are respectful and usually did not have a big problem with the noise overall. All in all, we had an excellent stay and would come back. Thanks Lorrie and Mike.

Great location and beautiful view

This was our first time to Hawaii so I was concerned about where we might be staying and the location. It actually ended up being a great location within walking distance to popular eating locations and shopping. It was also very close to a small beach, which was fun to look out every morning and see kids and adults getting their surfing lessons. Not sure when we'll be back but if we make it back we will be staying here again. The only concern we had was that the a/c was in the living room so the bedroom was a little warmer but the ceiling fan helped offset that.

Loved our first visit to Maui!

The property was as described. Lorrie and Mike had everything you could possibly need for your trip. There were beach towels, beach chairs, beach bags, pots, pans, dishes etc.....We loved the pool and hot tub and the view from the Lanai. We walked across to the beach to see the sunset... this was a great spot to see it. Everyday about 5:30 or 6 everyone would come park and watch the sun set and then leave. It is in walking distance of many great eatery spots. I don't have one complaint about this Condo.

Wonderfu, well suppliedl condo with view of the beach and ocean!

The property is clean and stocked with things that make a stay away from home more comfortable...beach chairs, snorkel, ice chest, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the space, view, and comfortable space. Owners were prompt in replying and great to work with. Would love to do it again soon!

A laid back retreat

We had a great time at the Shores of Maui. The unit was laid back, not fancy; a little dated but it was clean, the bed was comfy, the pool was fabulous and the convenience was terrific. It's so nice to have laundry in the unit. The neighbors were kind, great beaches and food are a quick walk away. The price was right.

The condo was even lovelier than the pictures show!

We had a fabulous stay at Lorrie and Mike's place. The condo is spacious for two and had a fantastic view of the ocean. The pool was so much fun and we loved meeting the neighbors, everyone is so friendly there! We were also right in the middle of all the action in Kihei and could walk to almost everything we did. Perfect!

Great hosts

We enjoulyed Maui and staying at Lorrie and Mike's place. They were excellent hosts. They even offered to let ilus stay an extra night for free when hurricane Lane disrupted travel plans on the island. The condo is walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and beaches. I highly recommend this condo for your maui trip.
