Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed the cabin, hot tub, pool, and convenient check-in and check-out process. After a long day at Dollywood, having those amenities available can certainly make for a relaxing vacation experience. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Finding hair on the bedding and experiencing excessive noise from neighboring guests is certainly not the experience we want for our visitors. We also apologize that your message regarding the noise complaint was not addressed in a timely manner. We understand how frustrating it can be to have your rest interrupted, especially late at night. Your feedback is appreciated and will be shared with our team as we continue working to improve both our cleaning standards and guest communication. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.

Candice, Campfire Dreams is a great cabin and we really appreciate you staying there. Dealing with the UPS store for items left behind is always a hassle. The housekeeper can't take items left behind until after the guests contact the UPS store and we don't think their employees ever speak to each other. Please come back to Campfire Dreams again soon.
