Welcome to Channel Marker 305 ? your perfect coastal getaway on the south side of Surfside Beach! This charming 2-bedroom condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning oceanfront views. With direct access to the beach and a refreshing community pool, it's the perfect spot for making lasting memories with family and friends. The condo was renovated in 2024, offering a remodeled kitchen and two bathrooms, new LVT flooring, and fresh interior paint. Whether you're relaxing on the private oceanfront balcony with a cool breeze or soaking up the sun on the beach just steps away, you'll quickly see why this destination will keep you coming back year after year.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Linens are Provided with Bed Setup, Internet, Television (Only in Living Room Area), Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.
**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
