Welcome to our home and enjoy a one-of-a-kind stay at our centrally located, clean, and stylish studio in Austin's hip Eastside Holly neighborhood! Relax on the plush king-size bed after exploring the walkable local restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops, and music venues. This cozy and peaceful studio is the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying all the charm and excitement of Austin!
The Space:
We had it professionally designed and decorated to deliver a 5-Star Stay. The clean, open, modern studio features a king bed, walk-in shower, and couch â the perfect blend of functionality and aesthetic for a relaxing getaway. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a fridge, microwave and a fully stocked coffee maker. This studio is located on the top level, providing a private, elevated space to call home during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the private unit all to themselves, including access to a serene balcony area perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Guests have access to an on-site laundry room by request. If unavailable, guests are provided a pick-up/drop-off laundry service free of charge.
Guests do NOT have access to the pool on the property, that is for the main house guests.

Getting around is a breeze! The studio is located in East Austin's East Cesar Chavez neighborhood, renowned for its high walkability and lively atmosphere. With a Walk Score of 94, you can easily explore local hotspots on foot. Public transportation, bike-friendly streets, and rideshare options like Uber and Lyft make it easy to navigate the area without a car.
Other Things to Note:
Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests on the property regarding noise. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No pets allowed please.
