This is not in Myrtle Beach. It’s is Cherry Grove North Myrtle

The stay was nice but the VRBO listing has it as Myrtle Beach and it not in Myrtle Beach it’s about 30 minutes away from where I expected and where it showed me when booking. We were there for. Volleyball tournament which was at the Civic Center and we were not even close to there as it show in the booking. Now in saying this I have to say the place was nice and Cherry Grove is extremely nice and quiet. Property was nice and roomy but was just very put out with where it was verse where VRBO portraits it.

get away with family

The only issue we had was in OUR directions. Not the host. Cottage is in NORTH Myrtle Beach. (sorry to the home owner in "regular" Myrtle Beach...lol.) Our error. When we did arrive it was a very happy surprise....it was as advertised. Beach is a few steps away. We took the chairs provided and sat on the rise and enjoyed every minute. The place stayed cool(it was a hot weekend) Had a slight problem with drainage in tub but host is now aware. He seems very attentive. I wish the bed pillows were lil more fluffy, not flat. But all in all, lovely place, quiet and also close to the pier but not too close. I'll love to come back soon.

Would not recommend staying at this location at all. Was dirty when arriving not cleaned very well at all. Found blood finger print on cabinet door. Holes in bathroom door knobs falling off tub fixures, exhaust fans not working, lights not working, no lock on back door just a stick, toilet broke. Extra bed sheetz stuffed in closets not sure if they were cleaned or not. Tvs not working you have to sign into your own accounts to use. The place was literally falling apart was not taken care of at all and the cleaners were terrible. Place could have been nice if it was taken care of. Property manager was easy to get a hold of but offered no money off due to all the issues only offered a full refund and we leave. After sending pictures of the issues first night he sent maintenence to come look at the lock and tub me not knowing till after he showed up i was away picking up dinner while my wife was sleeping he entered the Property when no one answered the door. Was the worst stay ever. Also apparently they only start u with a starter package 4 rolls of toilet paper 2 small trash bags and a half used tiny bottle of laundry detergent the rest u have to supply.
