Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. While we appreciate all guest input, we must address several inaccuracies in your review. Firstly, our property is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each guest's arrival. The claims regarding the pillowcase and sheets are surprising and do not align with our standard practices. We take great pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards, and we have records of our cleaning protocols. Regarding the missing teapot and toaster, we encourage guests to communicate any needs during their stay, as we are always willing to assist. As for the drainage issue, we have not received previous reports, and our maintenance team is regularly scheduled to ensure everything is in working order. We also want to clarify that the area surrounding our property is a well-established neighborhood, and while it may not meet everyone's aesthetic preferences, we have numerous guests who appreciate its charm and accessibility. Unfortunately it seems Samantha’s group was not going to be satisfied no matter how hard we tried. We strive for transparency and accountability, and we hope future guests will find our property reflects our commitment to quality.
