Welcome to Top of the World at The Reserve!

This two bedroom condo is perched atop Sugar Mountain, just steps from the tops of ◆Tom Terrific, ◆◆Boulder Dash, and ◆◆Whoopdedoo by the Summit Express. At the base of the slopes are ice skating and tubing. In the summer, the slopes convert to a mountain bike paradise, highlighted by the fireworks at the Fourth of July, with tennis, golf, and a summer concert series.

The condo is located on the lower level, with a hot tub being added soon for guests to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The living room features leather seating, a cozy gas fireplace, and a large TV perfect for catching your favourite team or show. The dining area includes a table spacious enough for the entire group, complemented by bar seating at the granite counter for a more casual dining experience.

The king suite boasts breathtaking views from the comfort of the room or step directly onto the deck to immerse yourself in the layered mountains. Its private ensuite bathroom is a serene retreat, featuring a tiled shower, a soaking tub, and double granite vanities. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and offers private access to its own bathroom, complete with a tiled tub/shower combination. This bathroom also connects to the living area for added convenience.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

• The COA does not permit pets in the community for rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.

• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter in case of snow or ice- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
• Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
• Host is not responsible for items left in the home.
• CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
