Floor was filthy shower was full of mold and the whole place smells like wet dog. Really disappointed considering the price and that it really is a nice place and good location. Reached out by email with the mold issue and never heard anything back.

Pismo Beach stay

The property was beautiful and in a fabulous location close to everything! The 3 bedroomWas well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. I would stay here again and again. I highly recommend it.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Valentina. We felt very safe with the secured parking and access codes offered to enter the facility. The condo was nicely appointed with everything we needed and centrally located. The only disappointments were the beds were too high to get into and the shower heads could’ve had better water pressure.

Too much temptation for a plant lover…

The room was beautiful, from the decor to the details, everything was appreciated. From our floor we had a peekaboo view of the ocean, but the surroundings and lovely seating on the balcony didn’t leave us wanting. The plants inspired and tempted my wife. The books were a lovely selection and the furniture was comfortable. Best of all everything was within walking distance, for the littles.

Wonderful best childhood friends trip to Pismo

Great location centrally located in Pismo. Parking was easy and condo was generally quiet. Unit does need updating. The dish washer was barely functional. There was also temperature variation from room to room.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently situated to downtown Pismo Beach and activities and dining. We liked that it was all one level. We had some older folks and a toddler so that was a plus. The property was as advertised and was andequately equipped. We were able to use the car chargers (for a fee, of course) in the parking garage, so that was a convenience. There were a few of hiccups, however. Both bathroom doors made a horrendous sound when you closed them and the bedroom doors could be noisy too (we didn’t want to interrupt the little one’s sleep). Also we asked well ahead of time for a high chair. It wasn’t there. I texted and called twice, was told that they would look into it, but it never arrived and we had to made do without. Also all the beds too high. Not the greatest for us older folks. My other concern has been the refundable deposit. I was told to wait 7-10 days. On day 11, I called Seven Sisters because it had not appeared. Later that day, I received an email saying that the credit had been posted and I saw it pending on our credit card. Now, two weeks after departing, the credit still has NOT been added to our account. We didn’t do any damage, and I think they should have been more proactive to get our refundable credit back to our account in a more timely manner. I shouldn’t have had to call them to get the ball rolling.

Overall the condo was good But a few things would have made it better. The Master bedroom had no power for almost 24 hrs. Breaker box was hidden behind a painting or we could have reset it. Futons instead of sofas not good. Kitchen water filters need to be replaced. Towel rack and hook in hall bath fell off. Asking us to empty garbage before checkout was a bit much.

The location is about 4 blocks from the beach, but right in the heart of the restaurants. The condo was very well supplied and great for families or couples. We did have trouble getting the correct code to get in when we arrived, but the "help" phone number worked and we were only delayed a few minutes. The host is a little slow to get back to you if you have any questions. We would stay here again. The place is very quaint and has tons of character. We felt very safe and secure.
