Great experience staying here. Clear communication, secure parking and close proximity to everything in town. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my daughter and a group of her friends to this spot to celebrate her 17th birthday. It turned out to be exactly what we hoped for.The house was spotless when we arrived and clearly well cared for. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, from the beds to the kitchen. It was also very spacious. With a group of teenagers, I worried we’d be on top of each other, but there was plenty of room to spread out, hang out in the living area, and still find a quiet corner.The girls rarely get to see the ocean, so the walk to the beach was the highlight. We could head down to the sand any time of day without needing the car, and watching them run toward the water was something I won’t forget. They collected shells, took photos at sunset, and stayed until they had their fill.The kitchen was big enough for us to cook together, and we shared meals around the table. Those simple moments, laughing over dinner and playing games afterward, are what made the weekend feel so special.Check-in was easy, and the house rules were reasonable. I’d happily recommend this home to other families planning a celebration, a girls’ getaway, or any gathering that deserves a little ocean air. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Weekend family stay

Great place. Very clean. Easy to follow access codes for entry. Would return for sure, but would get the ocean view next time. Kulturhaus is awesome!

Pismo Dream Condo

Lovely property in a great location. Walking distance to beach, shops, and good restaurants. The condo was spacious and very clean. I was in contact with property manager everyday! I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to do so again!

Great trip, great location, clean, safe

Had to shoot down to the central coast for some work, brought the family with me. 8-11-14-16 year olds. Place was easy to fine, great location for restaurants and shopping. Plenty of room for all of us, larger than expected. I will book again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. We went to Pismo for my 40th birthday and wanted to stay somewhere walking distance to everything. This place was it! We only had a couple issues. The smaller bedrooms window was broken so that room got warm, also the shower curtain needed to be cleaned better. But besides that it was great.

Do not consider this location, not only is the freeway noise extremely loud, but there is no AC and many of the windows (including all but one small bedroom windows) either were broken and not working, obstructed from being able to open. The second bedroom windows (2 bed unit) didn’t open making it not only excessively hot and stuffy but unsafe. Dishwasher door was broken and fell on us causing a wound that bled. Management company offered no support and said to just leave which we couldn’t do because we had family events to attend. Fortunately at least the second night it cooled down some and we got a little sleep but for this price point it there are better places to stay by FAR.
