Great location

Great location for easy trips to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Quiet area, great for kids. Temperature control was a little finicky and though the unit is pet-free, something did trigger our mild pet allergies - so be aware if you are sensitive that way. Host and main office were friendly and easy to communicate with.

Home away from home

Great little cottage - a happy vibe and it felt like home very quickly. Had everything we needed (but note that you need to bring your own sheets and towels and extra dishcloths). Location was perfect, beautiful and safe setting, very peaceful, lots of thoughtful details. Haven’t been to Wells before, but it’s a great little town surrounded by other great little towns, so this location was perfect! Owner communicated lots of information and was attentive to our needs well before we arrived. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We will return!

Best trip!

We had an amazing time staying at Summer Villages 428! The cottage was very clean and well stocked with the listed items and more. The hosts were responsive and friendly. You can’t beat the amenities at Summer Villages and we would love to stay here again.

Wells Cottage Sept. stay

We went to Maine for a re-scheduled wedding in mid Sept. The unit was clean and the perfect size and the home was well-appointed with everything needed for a weekend or longer stay. Summer Village is a very quiet resort and has a ton of amenities including a trolley that loops around the resort giving easy access to everything. The resort is in a great location near restaurants, a grocery store, and only 5-10 minutes from Wells Beach. Enzo the owner was very gracious and emailed us ahead of the visit with all the details and his contact information. 5 stars and we look forward to staying at the unit in the future!

Summer Village

This our second time staying at this cute well kept Summer Village cottage. Close to beaches and restaurants. Right on the trolley line to Wells / Ogunquit. The owner is very nice and helpful. The staff is very friendly at Summer Village .

Home away from home

We have rented a cottage at Summer Villages since 2019. This year we have scheduled 3 different visits during the season. The cottage 428 is like being in your own home. It has all the kitchen items you will need plus clean and comfortable. Already looking at dates for 2022.

Great family spot

Our trip was only a 2 night stay but we were able to enjoy the grounds of the property within that time. My daughter is 3 and we loved being able to walk down to the playground and pool right from our cottage. It is very safe which I also really loved. The cottage itself was cute and clean for the most part. I would highly suggest bringing your own blankets which wasn’t a requirement at the time of our stay and I wish we would have brought our own. Check in was very easy, however check out is before 10am but when we tried to check out at 8:30, the main building was not open. I did not see any instructions anywhere for leaving the key fobs somewhere if we wanted to check out early (but staff notified us there was a bin to place them in). Overall, great experience and we would stay here again especially now that we know the rules more of the grounds and home.

neat, clean, it was just me and my husband but the cottage was perfect. 1 mile from the beach and a few minutes away from Ogunquit. Loved it all. Enzo was a wonderful host. We would come here again

Family vacation

Enzo was very pleasant to speak with. The cottage was exactly as pictured on line. Very welcome feeling to the cottage and very comfortable for a family of 6. Close to beaches , restaurants and shops. Would of loved to have a long mirror in the bathroom . So when getting dressed for an evening out. The pull out sleeper bed I would suggest bringing a egg foam topper for more comfort. My family had a wonderful time and we would definitely be returning for another family vacation I’m the near future. Great Memories were made .

Amazing place

We enjoyed our week at the cottage. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The pools were amazing and it was especially nice to have that option instead of always packing up for the beach. The owner was so helpful sending me information and his personal contact before we arrived. We had all the comforts of home. Can’t wait to book again for next year. JM

Great vacation spot

Family friendly. Play grounds, pools, and public restrooms very clean. Loved the adult only pool. Few activities for the kids. Love the one hour free swim class for my 4 y.o. grandson. Also, the private trolley around the village was the best. Cottage was pretty much what we expected from the owner. Maine trolley right at the end of the driveway.

Just as amazing the second time!

This is the second year that we have stayed at this property, and we expect there will be many more. The cottage is very well kept and has everything anyone would need while on vacation. The owner (Enzo) is very responsive and committed to making sure you enjoy your stay. The resort has plenty of amenities for the kids and adults to be well entertained. The resort is also very well maintained with helpful and friendly staff. It is located in a great central location with plenty to do in Wells or Ogunquit. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

Ideal location in Wells, MA.

Lovely condo and spacious inside. Park your car right in front. Trolley runs from 9 am - 10 pm about every twenty minutes. The Wells & Ogunquit trolleys can be accessed in front of entrance to Summer Village.

Good Central Location

The unit was great. It pretty much has everything you need. The location is great. Central to everything. The only thing that we did not like was the overly demanding instructions in the place. They must have had some previous bad tenants and the are blaming the rest of us for it. Javier Adame

Awesome mini vaca!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in this perfect cottage for 3 nights. The cottage was well stocked, very clean and Enzo was excellent communicating with us and providing detailed information about the trip.....as well as things to do in the area.
