Friendship Style Cottage at Summer Village newly furnished with Central Air!
This sought-after Friendship style floor-plan of Cottage #210 in Summer Village gives privacy with bedrooms located on opposite sides of the cottage and has a roomy feel. Conveniently located in the middle of the property it is just a short walk to both the Family Pool and Playground area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and TV, the second bedroom has bunk beds ~ full on the bottom and a twin on top. This cottage was updated with all new furniture in 2023. The bedrooms are carpeted and the rest of the cottage has luxury vinyl plank floors. The sun room has a queen-size pull-out sofa, easy chair and large TV.
The cottage is fully stocked for home cooked meals with granite counter tops, dining table, wall mounted TV and loveseat, and there is an outside gas grill if you prefer to cook out. For your outside enjoyment there is a fenced in area with Adirondack chairs. If you would like to bring your bike, there is a bike rake for your convenience. It also offers central air conditioning which you will appreciate in the heat of the summer!
You can relax at the cottage and enjoy the many resort amenities. Walk, jog, or bike the 1.8-mile Summer Village Boulevard for your morning exercise. The resort trolley can take you to the back of the property where there are the tennis courts, four pickle ball courts, ball fields, and putting
green. You can also take the trolley to the front of the property to visit the pools, fitness center, game room, and there are two pickle ball courts there as well. Cottage is fully stocked for home cooked meals.
The cottage and Summer Village alone would make for a great vacation, but when you add to that the area this vacation will offer you everything you need to create great memories The Wells/Ogunquit area is well known for their beautiful beaches, many fabulous restaurants, amusement parks, theater, fishing, boating, quaint shops, etc. You wonât want this vacation to
end!
Linens and towels are not included with this rental. There is a rental service if you prefer not to
bring your own. Beach towels are provided.

The owners of this cottage are lifelong Mainers who love the coast of Maine! Our preferred activities over the years have always seemed to occur by the ocean: walking beaches, observing tide pools on rocky coasts, fishing, clamming and scuba diving.
