The Space
• 3 Bedrooms + 4 Bathrooms in the main house and additional sleeping areas in the detached garage suite. Also has 3 separate living rooms ares for plenty of relaxing.
• Private In-Law Suite: A peaceful getaway for guests seeking privacy, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and extra living space.



Sleeping Arrangements:
• Primary bedroom (California King) on the first floor.
• Upstairs: Two bedrooms with queen beds.
• Detached In-Law Suite: 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, and additional sleeping with a pullout queen couch and a trundle bed (2 twin beds) in the living room.

• Direct Access to Lake Gaston: Jump in the water or fish right off your private double-lift dock. The top-level sitting area is ideal for watching the sunset with a glass of wine or enjoying a quiet morning by the water.
• Exclusive Boat Rentals: Rent a pontoon boat for $300/day or $1,800/week, with rentals starting and ending right at the dock. Boating experience and valid Boater’s License required.

✔ Take a Wake Board Lesson. World Champion Adam Fields owns AFWake and teaches. You can rent or buy equipment.
✔ Sylvan Heights Bird Park has over 2,000 birds from around the world.

Although some of these courses are private, call and they will most likely let you play.

Pets are allowed with $200 pet fee, however, please keep them off the couches and bed. If comforter has to be deep cleaned due to animals there will be a fee.
Any missing items from the home that are not returned will result in fees for each item.
