Om boendet

If you're looking for a completely private and secluded refuge with a country-like atmosphere to it and where some of the best wineries are just a few minutes away, then this property might just be the perfect place for you. A private gated entry leads to this beautiful mid-century home which boasts of a huge solar-heated pool (summer), a hot tub (year round), an outdoor kitchen, a separate cottage and of course, 85 acres of pure stunning views all accessible for guests to explore and enjoy.

Enjoy your stay inside our beautiful and spacious mid-century style home which offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The pool is open all year round and is solar-heated from April to October. In the winter and off season months the pool can be heated by the onsite propane tank for an additional fee.

You will have access to all places on the property with the exception of one master bedroom/bath. There will be nobody else on the property during your stay.

Our home is a perfect venue for a corporate retreat or private event however all events are to be approved by hosts before your stay.

Please note that this house was built in 1959 and has lots of charm but is not perfect. There are some cracked tiles and other small imperfections, we call it character. We have set the price to reflect this and hope you understand. It is also our primary vacation home so there will be some personal items around and there is no access to the master suite.

The perfect wine country getaway!

What an ideal place for a large group! We had 16 ladies staying at the property (max capacity!) and it was SO ideal! Our only mistake… not staying longer! We so wish we had enough time to have a pool/hot tub day and relax at home, but we of course got carried away by vineyard activities ;) I think the property is best suited for maybe 12 people (so no one has to sleep on a sleeper sofa), but for an area that is already hard to find properties for a large group, we really couldn’t have asked for anything better! Simply beautiful property - especially the multiple outdoor seating areas!

Amazing

This was an unforgettable experience. The accommodations were very nice. The landscaping was serene. It's perfect for large groups. The three living rooms and large kitchen were so convenient. Overall one of the best rental experiences.

Tinsley Family Gathering

This amazing property was so perfect for our large family. There is enough room to stead out and come together in the many family rooms provided. Very charming and perfect for all ages. My 82 year old mother and 3 year old granddaughter were both able to get around without issues. I highly recommend this property.

Family gathering

We thoroughly enjoyed this modern home and beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect place for our family gathering So many different spaces to hang out in. The pool and its toys were endless fun and the hot tub at night with a full moon coming up was pretty magical. Although we had plans to explore wineries and to go hiking, we never left the property. We'll be back.

Fun Family Time

We had an amazing time in Napa at this property! The property is picturesque, clean, and spacious. We had more than enough room for our large group. The property manager was in contact with us and was there to address any issues encountered (none!) should they arise. 10/10 would book this property again!!

Bachelorette Weekend

Had a wonderful weekend! This house is amazing inside and out! We had a group of 15 and it accommodated all of us well. Gave us all plenty of space and made our weekend so much more enjoyable. The host was super responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. Would love to come back!

Wonderful stay in the country

We had a wonderful trip. The property is expansive and beautiful and the house is stunning. We took advantage of the entire property: we put our grandparents in the main house; our teenagers loved the cottage, and my husband and I had fun staying in the Airstream. It's a great place to have a family vacation with great walks on the property and close access to many fun activities for all age ranges.

Amazing stay

Amazing vibe and beautiful surroundings

Vibey, 70s, gorgeous, great views, amazing design. This property facilitated the best weekend of connection for our large group of friends! Far enough away from town to feel secluded and private, but close enough that all the amenities we needed were so close. Even pickle ball and golf were less the 5 mins away. The owners were so responsive. And obviously have the best style! It's amazing how much the design of the property added to our experience. The pool was amazing. The hot tub was great. Everything worked. Plenty of linens and towels. Fully loaded kitchen. Fancy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. Plenty of space for games, connection, conversation, meals. We had the best time and were so sad to leave! We cannot wait to come back!

Amazing home for a weekend getaway

A larger group of women and I wanted to get away this summer and celebrate many moments we couldn’t celebrate over the past two years. This was the perfect home for us to kick back, unwind and catch up. The hosts had a lovely property with plenty of beds/couches for 14 of us. The pool was where we spent most of our time and having access to many different lounging rooms was fabulous. The best part was how responsive the hosts have been. Would definitely stay here again if they’ll have us!

Great stay in Santa Rosa

This was an amazing property to bring our whole family together, we were very happy with the entire experience. The property's multiple gathering spaces gave us plenty of room and the outdoor space was amazing. The host was very responsive and wanted to make sure we were having a great time. This is a big sprawling house with lots of bedrooms and places to hang out both inside and out. The pool area is lovely and I love the thoughtful upgrades and flourishes throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible wedding weekend

We needed a large house in the area for our wedding party to stay at for our extended wedding weekend. It had everything we were looking for and more. The highlight was the beautiful outdoor space. Pool, hot tub, poolside cabana, lounge chairs, BBQ, fire pit, and large surrounding outdoor space with shade and sun options was perfect for hanging out with the group any time of the day or night. When there were questions the hosts were quick to respond. They even accommodated an early check in. Parking is a bit limited especially for larger groups, especially without boxing people in, but it wasn't an issue for us. Everybody was so impressed by the home, it felt like we were living in luxury for a few days. Thanks for the amazing stay.
