The huge combined kitchen-living room offers a large kitchen with a comfortable kitchen-island, full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster as well as a rustic oaktree table and a huge 75" TV, making for a truly social space for eating, having a drink or a mellow time with the best of what a internet streaming can offer.

There are three separate bedrooms that can accommodate up to 5 people.

The master bedroom faces the inner courtyard and has a stylish double bed (180 cm) occupying the center of the room, with a lot of closet space for your clothes and things. A beautiful ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a cool double sink makes it the perfect master bedroom.

Directly to the right as you enter the apartment is the office/bedroom, which can be used as a bedroom due to the double bed (180 cm) but also as a great office space, as it has a "built in, wall to wall" desk, with a lot of space for a computer (or two!), printer and other stuff you might need on a desk. High speed internet is available through wifi of via cable underneath the table.

The last bedroom that needs an introduction is adjecent to the living room, and hosts a single bed, a desk and is also very suitable for the bedroom-office scenario.

As you enter the apartment you are greeted by the spaceous hallway, that connects to all the other rooms in the apartment, one of which is the (other) bathroom with a great and cool double-shower! Yep, you can be two in there, each with your own "rainfall" shower head. Have children with you? No problem, they can fit too if they're too small to shower on their own.

Floor heating is available where the stone floor exists; hallway, both bathrooms and kitchen area - it's wonderful especially in winter.

4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Help us keep our neighbours happy by staying quiet in the staircase.

5. Pets:As much as we love animals, we ask you to not bring any pets into the house. This way we can maintain a clean and allergy-free environment.

6. Check-Out: Check-out time is 10 AM. Please leave the house as you found it.

7. Trash: Please dispose of trash in the bins provided and empty the fridge of all perishable foods.
