Perfect location and well stocked location in Paradise

We loved our stay here. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean, waking up to the birds, no traffic noise, a perfect view. The owner was easy to work with and the unit was clean, well kept and well stocked. Thank you!!

Royal Mauian at its best!!

Had a great experience. The unit was clean, and as described. Was roomy for four of us. Love watching the sunset from the roof, and the easy walk to kam 2. Will be back! Owner is super communicative, and her responses were timely.

Great stay in Kihei

We stayed at Vicky's condo from July 18th to 25th. It was clean, kitchen well stocked with utensils, and had all amenities that we wanted. The view from the Lanai and master bedroom is the best in Maui. The host was very responsive. She reached out before the trip and provided several tips

We loved staying at the Royal Mauian and particularly loved being in this particular unit. We were 4 doors down from our family also staying there and the beach access cannot be beat. The unit itself was very clean, comfortable and the amenities there were perfect. The kitchen was well appointed, lots of towels available and beach chairs were very much appreciated. We would love to be able to rent this unit again and again.

Ideal vacation rental in Maui

Excellent communication with the host. The condo was very clean and everything we needed for our stay was available in the condo. You cannot beat the location - right on the ocean. Snorkeling right out front of the condo and beaches on either side. Would 100% recommend this host and this listing.

Royal Mauian best sunset views!

This condo has it all! Best location and best view in Kihei! This condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well appointed. Great communication with the owners, from booking the reservation and throughout our stay. The Royal Mauian is ideally located between two beaches, with some of the best snorkeling right in front. And TURTLES! Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to, don’t even need the car. Rooftop grills, sparkling pool, beautiful landscaping, ample parking.

Excellent condo, can't beat the location.

The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication by the host, Vicky, was outstanding from start to finish. It was evident from the beginning that she wants to make sure her condo is a good fit for you and your vacation plans. She responded to all messages very quickly. You can't beat the location, as it is steps from the beach, excellent snorkeling (we swam with turtles!) right in front of the property, numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful views. My biggest concern before booking was that there is no A/C; however, this wasn't really a problem. We were there the first week of August. It got a little uncomfortable at times, but with the trade winds and fans, it wasn't that big of an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo! Great location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our first trip to Maui. We wanted to stay in a condo that gave our family of 4 plenty of room for each of us. This condo was perfect!! Vicky thought of everything; extra blankets, a fan, beach chairs, boogie boards. The kitchen was stocked well. We loved sitting on the lanai each morning with an oceanfront view and having beach access right out the door of the condos. We snorkeled right in front of the condos. and my husband and son saw fish and a turtle. The location was really awesome. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores easily. I highly recommend renting from Vicky.

'Heaven in Paradise'

This is a great property! The lanai offers a panoramic view of the ocean, nearby beach, the pool, and 'resident Turtles'. The unit itself has a well equipped kitchen, BBQs on the roof are great. The building itself is well maintained, and front desk staff person is very friendly and helpful. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Enjoyable to communicate with, in every aspect. The adjustment to the temperature change for us proved challenging, there is no air conditioning. You are ok as long as there is a breeze from the ocean, however, we purchased fans in order to be more comfortable with the heat & humidity. A wonderful place to stay!

The Great Escape

This was our 7th stay at the Royal Mauian and the 5 unit we have stayed in. We love the location and facilities of the Royal Mauian as it has a very laid back and low key vibe and lots of friendly people. This condo was amazing. It had everything you could hope for in a vacation rental. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, great setting and view, beach chairs and umbrellas. The owners were great to deal with and were very responsive to any questions. They made sure we had all the information we needed and understood all the rules for the facility so there were no surprises. This unit was one of our favorites and we hope to have the pleasure of staying here again in the future.

If you are looking for a place to relax and fall asleep every night to the sound of ocean waves this is the place you need. As a bonus, you get to watch beautiful sunsets and starry nights.
