This place was a lot of fun!!! I would strongly recommend it if you want a place that has a lot of comfortable beds and fun activities at the house for everyone to do! Also, there is great communication from the property manager/owner. They are quick to answer any potential questions. The check in process is also very easy. Would strongly recommend this place!

We had the best time at your B&B and would definitely stay again. We were in town for a funeral of my boyfriends dad and being able to have a place that made it feel like home was great. The whole place was beautiful and had everything we needed to be able to make our stay great. The game room and outsode activities were definately a plus and the hot tub was fantastic. The owners were great with communication, my texts were answered almost immediately when I had questions. There were a couple things we needed for our stay and they were able to have it delivered within a few hours. We were so impressed by this, we have never had a B&B be so accommodating. If i could give more then 5 stars I would. We thank you for your hospitality we will definitely stay with them again. Thank you.

Family friendly home. In a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything to prepare and serve large family meals. Room to play games as well as quiet spaces to get away from the crowd.

Caution - this home needs work

Someone spent a lot of time decorating this home. But not so much time making sure the mechanicals were done correctly. The water was either freezing cold or scalding hot - I would not have kids in this home. Thankfully we had a licensed plumber with us that lit the water heaters multiple times, blocked open pipes that were left unfinished and allowed sewer gas into the property and tried to problem solve when water was shooting up out of the kitchen sink when you ran the basement shower. So grouse. This property is an older home and has the old home musty smell, the yard has a lot of broken bricks etc. (again - not safe for kids), the bunk house door handle fell off and would not lock, and the hot tub was dirty. I could go on….The management company also stalks you via the ring camera! Thankful that they respond quickly to our calls and text but my husband spent a lot of time on the phone with the manager every day trying to resolve issues. This became a family joke….what would be wrong with the house today. Positives - beds are comfy, decor is cute, game room is fun, and property manager sent cookies to apologize for all the issues. Caution - They said they are trying to get the owner of the property to fix all the issues. So, they were aware of them and still rented this home. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

Weekend review

We had a large group stay two nights. The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean. Owner and manager were very easy to work with. We had a few issues and they got them talen care of right away. Would stay here again.

such a great stay!

beautiful place to stay at for the weekend. i love how there is 2 parts to the property. lots of fun games to play and the hot tub was amazing as well! the owner was so nice and easy to talk to as well! would 10/10 stay at this property again!!
