Family gathering in Orlando

Property manager is excellent with regard to communications, as we had to add two extra days to our stay to accommodate international travelers. From the pictures via VRBO some of the rooms look larger than they appear. Kitchen was well equipped. AC worked just fine for all of us, but the property is a bit dated……all of which are cosmetic improvements. But our visit to Orlando wasn’t about nitpicking anything. We had one small issue with one bathroom upstairs and in less than 12 hours the problem was taken care of by Marcel. Nice location for a family gathering, and that was what our trip was about….as well as attending a family members wedding. Now we can’t wait to plan our next adventure. Thank you Michelle😊

Made Things Work

The location depicted on the VRBO map is NOT an accurate representation of the home location. Upon booking the property an address was provided in VRBO. However, the address on the rental agreement that I signed was not the same. I did not think to compare the address trusting it would be the same. Had I known the actual location, this property would NOT have even been considered. We spent more time in traffic then originally planned or hoped. The rental agreement and note in the house instruct guests to keep the thermostat set between 74-78 degrees. If set below 74 the AC could freeze up and not function at all. My family, friends, and I are very hot natured people. This was not comfortable for us. We purchased a couple of fans to make the nights bearable but again made things work. The overall maintenance was wanting. Several blinds were broken. A shelf and drawer were missing from the refrigerator interior. Recessed lighting fixture above the downstairs master bathroom slightly hanging out of the ceiling. Water damage to the exterior wall of the same master bathroom walk-in shower. A piece of wood was screwed/bolted to repair a damaged twin bed frame. Could feel the springs of some of the twin mattresses. We have stayed in worse. Just have to manage expectations. The layout of the house was exactly how it was presented in the photos. We did make things work and had a good time but certainly wouldn’t stay here again.

We enjoy the stay. I only wish it was closer to the parks. I underestimated how much time would be spent in traffic but other than that no issues.

Great house perfect for large families

The house was great, clean and we enjoyed it very much. Easy check in/out. The kids loved the pool. Michelle, the property manager, assisted us and responded very quickly everytime. We would definitely stay in this house again and recommend it for large families.

Works well for a group

I stayed with 11 coworkers and we had plenty of room. The pool was just the right size. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook for the entire group. One of the beds needed fixed which was done the 2nd day and was good after that. Michelle was prompt with texting back when I did have a question or concern. The AC worked good as well and we always had plenty of hot water for showers for 12 people. The house was a little outdated but for the price I believe it was a good deal. We also had plenty of towels. Overall it ended up being a good experince and is not that far from the Orlando attractions.

Family Vacation

Michelle was so easy to work with. The cable went down because of the service and she had the company come out. Felt safe taking morning/nightly walks alone. I would rent again when in the area.

Family vacation

The house was close to Disney but a little further than we expected from universal. It’s a nice quite neighborhood but the club house was closed which was a little disappointing.

Check in was easy, The house was clean and lots of room for all of the family, everyone loved it, lots of bathrooms, the home was nice and bright and the kids loved the pool! We had a great time!

Accommodated us well.

Communication with property manager was great. Michelle was very helpful, timely responses, very hospitable. We have a large family which has grown since 2 are now married. There were 11 of us including 3 married couples. The house accommodated us very well. Loved the layout. That being said there were some issues. The house was not clean. Dirt in corners, on baseboards, dorrframes, questionable bedding, cheap ratty towels, etc. The house is older with builder grade finishes. However, my kids cared nothing about all of this, and had a great time hanging out and swimming in the pool. I voiced my concerns to Michelle who was responsive and forwarded my concerns to the owners and cleaning staff. All of these issues may be resolved for the next renter.

50th wedding anniversary

Had an overall good time with family. Inaccurate information of the property. Was told the resort pool could be used. It had been down for repairs for weeks. Refrigerator was a real small apartment size. Does not fit a 7 bedroom house. Parking for anything over 3 cars was half mile away. Inconvenient. Upstairs air would not get below 75 degrees.. Nice house but needs carpet replaced.
