The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is fully furnished with everything you could need in the kitchen! So enjoy a nice meal in or head to one of our favorites, like Aretha Franklins!
All bedrooms feature large closets and black-out curtains, perfect for those shift workers, or guests that like to sleep! The third bedroom features two twin beds that provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements. It can pop up and become a king-sized bed or two separate twins.
The living room features a large cozy deep seater couch, and floor bolsters for everyone to enjoy the space!
The dining room table folds out to seat all six people or stays stowed out of the way leaving more living space!
At the entry is a large built-in with cubbies and hooks for everyone to store their stuff.
Need to work while here? Look no further than the dedicated work space on a electronic standing desk, no matter how you like your desk, this can adjust to the perfect height!
Step into the back yard and you will find a fully fenced in space, perfect for any pets or kids and a charcoal grill with a table to enjoy the great weather!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
This is is a quiet neighborhood near a ton of walking trails. I love this area because you get to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city a bit but are still close enough to get downtown in 10 mins!

This home is stylishly designed and if you need to get some work done too, its perfect. The large fenced in back yard and dog park nearby make it a great spot to bring your fur baby along!
