På Silverstrand Beach, refurbed lägenhet, med öppen spis och queen size-säng i sovrummet på sanden. Fullt badrum, pentry, vardagsrum m / bäddsoffa för 1 barn eller 1 vuxen och en baby under 2 utan extra kostnad. Stor strand för boogy boarding eller en månbelyst promenad. Utsikt över Kanalöarna de flesta dagar. Hör vågorna krascha när de sover dig på kvällen.
SORRY NO PETS ELLER SÄRSKILT EVENT (fester, bröllop, etc.) Host. Snälla, fråga inte. Det finns inget utrymme eller parkering för dessa aktiviteter.
Därefter, när vi ombyggnad av resten av huset, efter de första 24 timmarna, behöver vi att du lämnar lokalerna i minst 2 timmar om dagen ALLTID från 09:00 till 21:00 för att kunna göra ljud, ha tillgång till garage, etc. så att du inte stör dig andra gången.
Vi är nära många bra restauranger, antikaffärer, Buenaventura Mission, Channel Islands National Park, Kajak och elbåtuthyrning i Ventura.
I söder, 20 minuter från Mugu Rock och Sand Hill. 25 minuter till Camarillo Premium Outlets, som är ett av de största centra i USA med 160 butiker.
Helt separat lägenhet med delad tillgång till tvättstuga i garaget. En parkeringsplats tillgänglig vid uppfarten.

Wonderful!!

This place is a fantastic home base to visit Channel Islands National Park. You are right on a peaceful beach and the house is so clean and well appointed. We didn’t want to leave! Wish we had more time to explore the area. You won’t regret booking this place.

Great get away !

Great place for a great get away for my husbands Birthday! The host went above and beyond surprising us with Happy Birthday hats throughout. LOVED playing checkers by the fire while hearing the waves crash. Place has everything and more! Love the detailed instructions LOVE the eating out places etc...We had black bear diner and SEA Fresh and highly recommend both!

RELAXING & ENJOYABLE

What beautiful accommodations. Exactly what we were looking for and more. It was so lovely to be able to wake in the morning, open our sliding door and sit on our patio enjoying our cup of coffee right on the beach!! When we did have questions, Richard our host was very quick to answer. Also, when we had troubles with our code to get in the door his lovely wife came to our rescue. Would rate 5 stars and would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent accommodations, location, and host

We spent a week in this cute little place on the beach and it was perfect for us! Had everything we needed and was close to grocery store and restaurants. The place was immaculate upon arrival. Directions were clear and host was easily accessible. Definitely would stay here again. One caution (or perhaps it's a plus) cell phone reception isn't great in this area as a whole. I tried taking some work calls but it was not doable as the calls kept dropping. (I didn't mind too much, LOL). Internet calls work great though - if you must work while staying here. The

Exactly what I needed

The apartment is cute, cozy and a little quirky. I loved it. I would have loved it more if there had been a comfy chair in the bedroom to read or watch tv. And the tv situation is a little iffy. But who wants to watch tv when there's the whole ocean to watch?!

What a gem!

We recently stayed here to visit our son who’s in the Navy. I must say this place is a gem! It completely met our needs especially the location. The place was spacious enough for the two of us, clean, and organized. We fished, sat outside and enjoyed the sun. Being on the beach has its perks! It’s also close to a nearby market where you can buy almost anything- it’s within walking distance, too. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing beach front stay on Hollywood Beach

The place was absolutely amazing! Richard was a terrific host, gave us excellent check-in/checkout directions, and kept the place spotless! We enjoyed our daily walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets, and excellent dining at nearby restaurants.

The perfect getaway spot!

This property is amazing...from the comfort of it to the view of the beach and ocean! It truly was the best stocked VRBO we've ever stayed at, way above any expectations we had. The shower is awesome...the bed was so comfy...the owners were so helpful with ideas of places to stop and see on our drive over...We highly recommend this place! I hope we venture to Oxnard again in the future so we can stay there again!

This apartment on the beach was beyond our expectations! Clean, bright, everything we needed for a perfect rest. The blow thru breeze was cool and refreshing. We were steps to the water and peaceful picnicking. We hope to return and enjoy again. Host was responsive and left us to ourselves.

Beautiful Beach Stay

Richard's place is awesome. It's everything you need and want for a peaceful time on the beach. There are eating establishments and a small local grocery store all within walking distance. The beach is one of the nicest in the area. The apartment was impeccable. Everything you need for your stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely be back.

Clean, great beach access, easy communication. Highly recommend.

Richard’s beachhouse was very clean and homey. Communication with Richard was also very easy. The beach is literally the backyard, straight out from the bedroom, which made it easily accessible. Not only that, but beach chairs and towels were also provided along with some kids’ toys if you have kiddos. Will stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. If on the fence about places to stay at, pick this one :)

Oxnard in February

This property is even better in person! Located on a quiet street, just a short walk or drive to the marina, restaurants, The beach is beautiful and not crowded. Even though it is on the ground floor it is bright. Richard and Juliette are great hosts. Very responsive to questions and made excellent recommendations about the area. Don't miss this hidden gem.

Highly recommend this gem on the sand.

We had the best experience at the most adorable-on the sand-property. Abundantly stocked with everything you could need. They even left sweet decorations for our anniversary! The location is quiet. Walking out the back door to the sand is heavenly. It feels like a well loved home. The communication with the owners was fantastic and quick. It couldn’t have been smoother. I highly recommend this property!
