Welcome to the spacious Pines A-Frame, easily one of the best experience options in the Pocono Mountains â a contemporary A-frame cabin with lake access! Central to all Pocono activities, hikes, slopes, and adventure. Set amid towering Pocono pine trees and short walk to the beachy lake, the A frame cabin was meticulously designed with high ceilings, large windows, and elegant finishes to ensure your group's trip will be sensational!
The Space:
This expansive 7-bedroom home accommodates 16 guests and features stunning vaulted pine ceilings, an open-concept living space, and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the main floor, you'll find bedrooms with forest views and a full bathroom.
Upstairs find the master bedroom with plenty of natural light, a loft space with seating and smart TV, and a full bathroom.
The lower level offers a stylish theatre like experience, record area, four spacious bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
Modern Amenities Include:
-Electric fireplace
-Theater-like area
-Smart TVs
-a coffee station
-Record station with a wonderful selection
-High speed Wi-Fi

2 minute drive to community beach

1. Minimum age to rent is 25
2. Quiet hours are 9:00pm to 8:00am
3. Life jackets are required for all residents and guests who use the lake (kayak, boat, any watercraft)
4. Fireworks are prohibited
5. A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca
6. Glass containers prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and Lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.
7. Alcohol prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.
