Casa Apodaca har utsikt över bergskedjan Sangre De Cristo och ett rymligt stort rum som Ă€r bekvĂ€mt för alla att samla med sin 65 "plattskĂ€rms-TV och bekvĂ€m luftkonditionering. Hemmet har 2 800 kvadratmeter bostadsyta. Det finns ett privat sovrum med Kiva öppen spis, takflĂ€kt och dubbeldörrar till en sluten innergĂ„rd pĂ„ den ena vingen av huset och tvĂ„ king size-sovrum pĂ„ den andra vingen.  En kung kan bli tvĂ„ tvillingar och tvĂ„ bĂ€ddsoffor i vardagsrummet för extra gĂ€ster. TvĂ„ av sovrummen och det stora rummet öppnar upp till en hĂ€rlig innergĂ„rd som Ă€r en traditionell spansk design av denna region. Dörrar och fönster tillĂ„ter gott om naturligt ljus i hela hemmet. De tvĂ„ badrummen finns bĂ„da i hallen. Den ena har en stor kaklat duschkabin och ett gammalt badkar med gammalt mode. Det andra badet har kaklat dusch med bubbelbadkar. Det finns ett rymligt solrum som fungerar som frukostrum en perfekt plats att njuta av utsikten. Clean, comfortable & spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Large bedrooms, with the master on the left side of the home & the other 2 bedrooms on the right side. Room temperatures are controlled by individual LG units. The main living area has two large seating areas & a very large dining table. From the main living area there are 2-3 steps down to the master bedroom, 2-3 steps up to the other 2 bedrooms & bathroom and 3-4 steps down into the kitchen. My husband uses a walker because of vertigo issues, and he was able to navigate the steps in the home. The TV & Wi-Fi were good for our needs. The Two Casitas management team responded quickly to our communications. There were more than adequate amounts of dishwasher & laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Check-in & out were quick & easy. The welcome gifts were a nice surprise. We would stay again in this lovely home.

Nice and convenient

We were two families of four, each with our own small dog. It was spacious, comfortable, and had several great spaces for the kids and pets to play. The only small criticism is they need is to stock the kitchen with more and higher quality pots and pans and improvements to a few kitchen items, like a better coffee maker. These are minor complaints and easy to remedy. We would definitely go back to this location.

Excellent and chill location

I recently stayed at this vacation rental and had a fantastic experience. The property was impeccably clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for our group's needs. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and convenient.The location of the rental was excellent. Situated in a quiet area, it provided a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently located near popular attractions and activities. This balance of tranquility and accessibility made it an ideal spot for our vacation.The property managers were incredibly communicative and responsive, ensuring all our questions were answered promptly. The check-in process was seamless, allowing us to settle in quickly and start enjoying our stay without any hassle.

Wonderful location and home

Very clean and comfortable property in a great location. We spent every morning on the front porch watching hummingbirds and the lovely August weather. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable with extra towels provided - rare for a VRBO. Our only complaint was the kitchen. There are minimal tools for cooking and the knives were dull (we tend to cook at least 2 of 3 meals per day in a VRBO when we stay). Plan to do a good grocery shopping prior to arriving - there won't be items remaining from past guests like aluminum foil, baggies, extra spices, etc. like typical VRBOs. There were plenty of dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, paper towels, and toilet paper. The property is clearly run by a management company so they respond during specific hours (but are available seven days a week),

Beautiful home in great location

Gorgeoous, spacious home convenient to many patks and a short 10 min drive to the square. Home has fantastic amentities and a cute backyard and walled in courtyard. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful property

My family (7 adults total) stayed here during Super Bowl weekend, and loved the space, the quietness of the area, and the comfort feeling in the home. The ONLY negative comment I have is communication with the property manager. I texted more than a few times, and also sent emails through VRBO about questions I had about check-in/check-out and also a concern about an appliance - but never received a response.

Canyon road area

Very clean with lots of room and a nice yard with an outdoor patio. Close to downtown and Canyon Rd art galleries but without all the crowds so very relaxing. Very responsive property manager as well.

Two Casitas is the best!

This was our second stay at a two casitas property and it was perfect. The home was lovely and VERY SPACIOUS! the separation of the bedrooms offfers a lot of privacy and the sunroom off the back was the perfect work from home spot. Welcome bottle of wine and chips was great! And the check out process (lock the door and go!) is so easy. Wish all rentals were like this. There are a lot of steps! 3 sets of 3-5 steps Up and down to kitchen and bedrooms, so was a bit tricky having toddlers and could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. We come to Santa Fe a lot to visit family and from now on will always stay at two casitas homes. Its a hotel like experience in a rental which is so lovely!

Beautiful location convenient to downtown

This is a beautiful property convenient to downtown and in a quiet location surrounding by the natural beauty of Santa Fe. The property manager was very accommodating of a last minute change and made sure our stay was comfortable and all that we expected. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful!

The property was everything advertised, except for the weather. It rain one day and the roof leaked. But only when it was raining. Nicely appointed. Clean. Large common space nicely accommodated all 6 of us including a 15-month old that enjoyed the open space.

Lovely Stay in Santa Fe

We enjoyed our three nights at this property. It was nicely appointed and very spacious for our party of four women. Unfortunately the weather was too chilly to enjoy the outdoor spaces. It is not walking distance to anything, so you would definitely require a car. We highly recommend this home for an enjoyable Santa Fe getaway.

Great Casita

Big, comfort Santa Fe style home in an excellent location. Easy to get to the Plaza & close to everything. Comfortable bedrooms, nicely appointed kitchen. Front patio was great. We ate dinner there. Loved this Santa Fe casita!
