Additionally, there are two half bathrooms: one inside the unit and another on the terrace. The private terrace is a spectacular space, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an outdoor meal. The unit also offers a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your favorite meals, as well as a living room with a balcony and panoramic views that will make every moment unforgettable.
Guest Access:
As a guest, youâll have access to the condominiumâs gym and heated pool, all thoughtfully curated to provide you with an unforgettable experience in the heart of Playa del Carmen.

In order to keep our prices low, we don't include electric in longterm reservations (28 days or more). For security and compliance with local regulations, a valid photo ID will be required from the primary guest at the time of pre-registration for the property visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me.
