We spent the weekend in Capitola for my daughter’s Sweet 16 and it was just as she hoped. The location was perfect, the property is exactly as pictured - beautiful and clean. We would absolutely stay here again!

The location is great, plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The only thing that needs improvement would be the beds and shower heads, other than that everything was perfect. I enjoyed the house, easy parking. The house had plenty of room for 5 of us. I would stay again, good place for sure! The hosts are great and very easy to communicate with, give them a 10/10

We enjoyed a wonderful family weekend here. Great communicative hosts, incredible location, and comfortable well-equipped house. Didn’t use the hot tub but it looked great. Highly recommend.

Great location!

I would absolutely book this home again…the only two things to keep in mind are that the bedrooms don’t have A/C and because the home is located on a busy street, you wouldn’t want to keep your windows open due to the noise. But overall, the location is fantastic and close to everything you need.

This VRBO is the equivalent of a BAD Motel 6. There were dead insects in the utensil drawer, mold in the freezer (ice cube trays), dirty and unwashed kitchen towels and oven mitts, fruit flies, the floor was never swept, vacuumed or moped as it was covered with sand, dust and debris. The “AC” is a single wall unit from the 1970’s and the portable fans are unable to stand on their own as they are unbalanced. The beds are more like full size and ALL of the furniture is clearly dated and worn. The dining room table has never been cleaned as it is extremely sticky. The “house” (more of an apartment) is located above a Thai restaurant and one of the parking spots is occupied by another vehicle which is NOT shown in the pictures. We refused to use the spa as it looked like it has never been properly cleaned or treated - not to mention the cover arm was broken. The outside area and stairs are absolutely covered with spiderwebs. The physical location is convenient to downtown Capitola. I would NOT recommend this place, especially at the price, it was dirty, disgusting and the communication with the “host” property management company was pre-canned as they sent over the “cleaners” the following day and the “cleaners” stated they couldn’t gain access to the building even though they did gain access and took the items we had issues with, ie towels, mold, etc. ALL AROUND HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING!!! This place should be reported and the management company and “cleaners FIRED!

The property was clean and it was an amazing location, close to everything walking distance. The host was easy to contact if needed, and everything was perfect. I’ll definitely come back.
