Amazing home amazing location

Amazing home, amazing location! Had all the amenities we could need. The hosts were great. Our family had such an amazing time. The inside of the home is spacious, clean, and beautiful. Our family does a group week together each year, this place was our favorite by far. We could not ask for a better experience!

To sum up our stay at New Seaside Oasis in one word: superb! From the moment we walked in, the house felt spotless. We are talking hotel-level clean from the beds to the bathrooms. The layout struck a perfect balance: open-concept enough for everyone to gather easily, yet still offering quiet corners to sneak away with a book or just enjoy a moment of calm. Despite being in the second row from the beach, each balcony offered its own little slice of the ocean. If you're hoping to spot dolphins or just want a peaceful view with your morning coffee, the front balcony off the kitchen is the spot to be.And if you’re in the mood for a bit more activity, you’ll find that a mere 20-minute stroll will end with potato flour doughnuts and a cozy local coffee shop. The neighborhood itself is full of charm, from eclectic homes to novelty mailboxes, making even a simple walk feel like part of the vacation.One unexpected thing we learned: Oxnard days tend to be mostly overcast. But that just made the mornings even better. It was perfect for curling up with a book, coffee in hand (courtesy of the luxurious built-in espresso machine), and listening to the waves roll in from the balcony.Oh and don’t forget to grab some farm-fresh strawberries at one of the stands on Victoria Ave! Oxnard is known as the Strawberry Capital of the World, and these are nothing like the ones you find in the grocery store.Truly, we couldn’t have asked for a better home base.
