NEW!! Our seaside harbor view Hollywood Beach house has 4BR and 3.5 BA and was built in 2018. It is steps from the beautiful Channel Island Harbor and Hollywood Beach that offer restaurants, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skis, fishing, electric boat rentals, coastal bike paths, the Maritime Museum and Mystic Whaler tall ship, the Sunday Farmer's Market and more. Get ready to set down your keys and relax.

Top floor (3rd floor) offers three bedrooms, each room is equipped with a ceiling fan and light blocking window and door shades. The Master Suite has a California king, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a step-in glass shower. There are two additional bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds and a second bathroom with a step-in shower. On this floor you will find two private decks that are perfect for a book, cup of coffee, and viewing the ships and sea life on the channel. The top floor is also where you will find the full size washer and dryer.

Main floor (2nd floor) is an open design with huge kitchen stocked with cooking amenities, prep island, bar with 5 stools, dining room table that seats 8 and extends to suit your needs. A living room with smart TV, DVD player, games, puzzles and a cozy couch is ready for game or movie night. You will also find a half-bath on this floor and a well stocked pantry. Through two large glass sliding doors the living space extends to the expansive deck which has an outside sink, BBQ, and a table with stool seating.

First floor has a California king with an en suite tub and shower, wall mounted smart TV, and lots of privacy with its own entry.

We use our home and welcome you as a guest to enjoy what this area offers. The kitchen has a Nespresso, drip coffee, tea and all the gadgets needed to cook and enjoy the views. We try to leave the refrigerator stocked with typical condiments (like ketchup, mustard, etc.). Don't be surprised if drinks or non perishables have been left for your enjoyment. There are also items on the pantry shelves for baking and spices for cooking. You are welcome to use what is here, and leave something for the next guest.

All beds have duvet covers over down comforters with bottom sheets and comfy pillows. The garage is equipped with bicycles, paddle boards, kayaks, boogie boards, sand toys, cornhole, ping pong and we hope you enjoy these during your stay.

The property will be delivered to the occupant in a professionally cleaned condition. This home has heat for the winter months, but does not have AC as the weather here is best enjoyed with the windows open.

Wi-fi enabled home with internet and cable provided by third parties. Homeowner is not responsible for data lost, theft, loss of internet, or connection or inability of a guest to connect to the internet.

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM, please respect our neighborhood and do not make excessive noise or play amplified music during these times.
