Augusti 2018 - Nya bilder tillagda. Jag tillbringade bara en trevlig och avkopplande vecka pÄ semester i hemmet och utforska nÀrheten. Jag kan inte vÀnta med att ÄtervÀnda med vÀnner för att dela mina nya upptÀckter. Som vanligt inkluderar en del av min glÀdje att arbeta pÄ huset och uppdatera ett par saker. Jag planerar att njuta av det hÀr huset sÄ mycket som möjligt. DÀrför gjorde jag det sÄ bekvÀmt och behagligt som jag möjligen kunde för min personliga njutning.

HURRICANE UPDATE: Huset Àr redo att ta emot gÀster igen. Vi var vÀldigt lyckliga under stormen och lidit minimala skador.

Njut av fri utsikt över havet frĂ„n bekvĂ€mligheterna i detta nyligen ombyggda hem vid stranden i ett privat, gated strandsamhĂ€lle. INGEN ANDRA HEM I GEMENSKAPET SÄLJER VISNINGARNA, NÄRMÄRKNINGEN OCH KOMFORTERNA DETTA HEMET HAR BJUDA. Njut av havsutsikten frĂ„n vardagsrummet, matsalen, kök, sovrum och trĂ€dgĂ„rden! GĂ„ igenom dubbla dörrar i vardagsrummet eller sovrummet till tvĂ„ tĂ€ckta verandor med utsikt över havet. Hemmet rymmer 10+ personer bekvĂ€mt. Det stora sovrummet, med en vidstrĂ€ckt utsikt över havet, har en king size, dess privata badkar och en privat veranda med utsikt över stranden och havet. Hemmet har ocksĂ„ ett andra sovrum med en dubbelsĂ€ng och privat badrum. Det finns ytterligare tvĂ„ sovrum med queen size-sĂ€ngar och en queen-size bĂ€ddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Det finns totalt tre badrum, alla nyligen ombyggda 2017. Matsalen har plats för 6 vid bordet och ytterligare 2 vid köksbĂ€nken. SpjĂ€lsĂ€ng och barnstol finns för smĂ„ resenĂ€rer.

Huset har tvÄ utomhusbelagda sittplatser för att koppla av och se brÀnningen bryta pÄ stranden. Oavsett om det Àr kaffe pÄ morgonen, en trevlig kall öl pÄ eftermiddagen eller vin pÄ natten, kommer du att njuta av havsbrisen.

För stora grupper upp till 22 personer har vi ytterligare ett vackert fritidshus i nÀrheten som rymmer ytterligare 12 personer. FrÄga gÀrna.

We had a wonderful stay with our friends at Ricks house. We were a little bummed that the seaweed kept us from the beach and the bio bay but that just means we need to come back. We would definitely stay again if he will have us. Enjoyed the pool and the patio and everything was clean and well stocked.

Beautiful vacation

This house is exactly as it is shown on VRBO. Communication with the owner was easy andprompt. He shared where to and not to eat in the area. The pool and waterfall a favorite of mine. Recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation away from the bustle.

The house was perfect for our stay! Everyone loved playing in the pool. The rooms were large and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and easy throughout our stay. Secret hideaway!

The house fully met our needs and it was stocked with all the extras that made our vacation stay a fantastic experience. The pool was a lifesaver on days when rain made a beach trip difficult. We did have one maintenance issue but Rick addressed it immediately and the issue was resolved very quickly. I'd stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Returning Mission Team

This is our 3rd time renting this home for our Mission Team. We had 62 people and rented several homes in the neighborhood. Rick is always attentive and helpful. The check in process was easy, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great. The view from his house is absolutely amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous piece of paradise. It had everything we needed. Would be nice if could cut off pool light so doesnt attract so many bugs at night and bigger pan for cooking for my big crew but it was still amazing and would definitely stay again.

A great house, private pool, and views of the ocean!

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and it was an amazing trip for our family! The house is in a peaceful community which we truly appreciated after full days of hiking, sightseeing, and exploring the island. We especially loved the private pool and being just steps from a quiet beach—listening to the sound of the ocean was a dream! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our group. Rick was an outstanding host—very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. We loved our experience and hope to return one day!

Everything about the house was excellent. Check in to check out was super easy and the Rick was so easy to communicate with.The location was perfect for beach going and taking walks through the preserve.Fantastic views from the pool patio and everything you could want for the patio or the beach was provided.I'll definitely be back.

Great Option in Quiet Area

This location wound up being a great low-key option as a base for several days on the island -- easy access to Humacao, plenty of space, sounds of the beach, and a great private pool. Worked out very well for our family!

Nice property!

This was our 3rd visit to Puerto Rico but the first time staying in this area. The location was very convenient for all of the activities we wanted to see and do. We spent plenty of time at the property also. The pool area was so comfortable and private. One of our favorite things was walking just a short distance to the beach where we could enjoy our afternoons without being amongst a lot of people. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we go back to PR.

Everything we needed was in the home. The location was close enough to travel to Vieques. Some nice walks on the beach and playing in the pool was the best things about our stay!

Seniors

There were three senior couples (65) who stay for 8 days at the property. We loved it! The location was private and not far from major attractions. The property was very clean and all on one floor
the pool was a big hit after a long day of sight seeing. The ocean was almost in the back yard and listening to surf was soothing. The natural reserve abuts the property and can be easily accessed via trails. The property owner very quickly responded to any questions or issues we encountered.

Great place to stay

We had a great time in this house. Great pool-area and very close to the beach! This house is better than the photos! Rick was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. Memorable getaway!

The property was beautiful and Rick made sure we had all the accommodations we needed for our stay. Restaurants on the strip had delicious food and waiters were friendly and very hospitable. We will definitely recommend This VRBO to family and friends. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful property

You get the best of both worlds with the beach and pool at this home. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Very spacious. There were 5 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. There are shops and restaurants close by. Bocata and El Kafe became repeat favorites!Rick was very quick to respond to any questions we had and it was a great trip.
