Vi är i bra form efter orkanen Maria. Vi har kraft och vatten. Vi har gjort många förbättringar! Vi bytte ut alla fönster, målade vårt hem inifrån och ut, bytte ut fläktar, nya A / C i alla sovrum, nya vardagsrumsmöbler, ny King bed i master och mest spännande - vi installerade en 15 'x 30' in- mark, saltvatten INFINITY POOL!

Tillbringa din semester avkopplande i en rymlig 4 sovrum hem, full A / C och tillräckligt med utrymme för alla att vara bekväm. Perfekt för stora familjer / grupper! Välskött VILLA (ej lägenheten) ligger i Hacienda Margarita - en vacker gated community med 24 timmars bevakning. Ligger mellan Luquillo och Fajardo. Spektakulär utsikt över Atlanten och El Yunque Rain Forest. 5 minuters bilresa till flera spektakulära stränder (inklusive flera surfa stränder). WI-FI och grundläggande kabel.

Detta 2400 kvm ft hem har två fantastiska balkonger, en täckt, den andra med 800 kvadratfot utrymme och en utomhus dusch för att skölja bort efter en dag på stranden!

Detta hem är den perfekta platsen för att njuta av alla aktiviteter i Puerto Rico. Samhället är tyst och lugnt. Ovanligt stora hem Föremål på Puerto Rico ger integritet och lugn. Titta på kryssningsfartyg förbi under kvällen. Njut av alla vattensporter under dagen och sedan komma hem för att koppla av på däck!

Amazing home!

This home and the views were everything described and more! We had a larger group but there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was in good proximity for all of the activities we had planned. Connie gave great recommendations. Hope to be back!

Amazing House & Views!

Just returned from an amazing stay at Connie’s home in PR. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views breathtaking. Connie is a wonderful host, very responsive to any questions we had, even FaceTimed us to help with a TV issue! The home is stocked with everything you could ever need for an amazing stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. We will definitely be back!

The property, the location, the host...it was all wonderful! The home was clean, stocked, well-maintained, and perfect for our group of 8 adults/late teens. Connie was resposive and very helpful. We enjoyed the activities, beaches, and restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in PR!

Wonderful home with rainforest & ocean view

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Beautiful view from the house and the pool and backyard was lovely. The kitchen is well equipped and the location was close to rainforest, beach & marina for boat excursion.

Beautiful Relaxing stay in Luquillo

We had a wonderful trip to Luquillo. House had newly renovated kitchen, awesome swimming pool and was close to beach. Owners were very responsive when the air conditioning stopped working and super helpful and flexible.

Breathtaking View!!!

The location is simply amazing and the view is breathtaking. It’s a gated community and we felt very safe. Connie, the owner, was very attentive answered all our questions (best place to do groceries, recommend eateries, etc.,).

Unbelievable views and great location.

The house was exactly as pictured with stunning views, great swimming pool and every amenity you could possibly need. The large covered patio next to the pool was just perfect for sitting in the shade but still enjoying the views. The location was close to town, very easy to get to the beach or shopping or restaurants. Can’t wait to stay there again!

2024 family vacation to PuertoRico

The house was beautiful, great setup. It had everything. Plenty of space for our large group and safe neighborhood. The host had everything needed at the home. Plenty of activities on the Property and many supplies for the beach as well. Just wish they were less strict with not parties. Should allow families get togethers. Connie the host was always communicated when needed. Besides that they are a wonderful place to stay.

Great stay over the holidays!

The owner Connie is fantastic to communicate with and quick to respond. She provided information on activities, beaches, dining, etc. The house was very clean and spacious, the outdoor table and patio area provide a great spot to hang out by the pool. This is the most stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, plus yard games, towels, coolers, high chair, pack and play etc. This was a great choice for our family of 5 (4 adults, 1 baby), we would absolutely stay again! We worked with chef Mari Blanca who lives in the neighborhood for some great meals she provided, highly recommended!

Great house in fantastic location

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and we could not have stayed in a better house. It is perfectly located with easy access to Luquillo, Fajardo and the rainforest in El Yunque. It is also fully stocked with the necessities for a day at the beach or just a lazy day hanging around the pool enjoying the amazing views of El Yunque and the beach. Our family travels frequently in and out of the country and this is one of the top spots we have visited.

Beutiful property overlooking El Yunque and the Ocean

Took a trip with my family and my friends family. We had kids ranging from 1 to 13 and adults. This property was beautiful and was great for families and friends. Was close to San Juan, El Yunque, the beaches and ferry to Vieques. The property owner Connie was very helpful, easily reachable and brought up things we hadn't considered like the USDA check process at the airport. Would highly recommend this location!

Wonderful property and host!

Connie was a terrific communicator from the very beginning and clearly invested in ensuring we had a great experience. And we sure did! The house and kitchen are better appointed than any in our experience and nothing is lacking. (Eg Vitamix, lots of beach towels, boogie boards, etc.) The home is so comfortable in every way, and the pool was such a treat. There is also a larger lap pool in the complex which was an unexpected bonus. The location was ideal for us with outstanding beaches and hikes. Would highly recommend! Thanks, Connie!

We love this place....

This place is Amazing Clean Big Comfy Plenty of room big terrace with a nice gas grill hammocks and a awesome Infiniti pool... With a million dollar view of the atlantic and el yunque the rain forest.... A must try.... Connie is a great host .... Just the view is breathtaking...... My family and i love this place..
