Just two blocks off Telegraph Ave and four blocks from Shattuck, this apartment is ideally located next to the Elmwood neighborhood--a short walk or bike ride to everything you need when you move to Berkeley. It's a 5-minute walk to BART(Ashby station), Berkeley Bowl, Whole Foods, and the UC Berkeley Campus and Alta Bates Hospital. There are all sorts of other nearby conveniences, including, Starbucks, Walgreens, Whole Foods, and everything else you need -- like yoga studios and bars.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
South Berkeley is the best. It's a long walk or short bike ride to UC Berkeley's campus. On the other hand, downtown Oakland is a 10 minute drive. And with the Ashby BART a few blocks away, getting to San Francisco couldn't be easier (the drive is also just ~25-30 mins into the SF).
The neighborhood is relatively quiet and very walkable, but there is plenty happening to keep you busy and entertained... it's a great mix! Whole Foods and Berkeley Bowl (an awesome grocery store) are both easily walkable.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt
This top floor apartment is so sunny. There are bay windows in the living room and kitchen that give it so much light, and so much greenery. There are also large windows in the bedroom to keep it uplifting and bright (with blackout curtains, of course, when you need them!)
