Vårt strandhus har ingen havsutsikt, men ligger några steg bort (300 fot tvärs över gatan) från det turkosa vattnet i Atlanten, gångavstånd till restauranger i världsklass och en kort bilresa till shopping, nattliv, 15 minuter till Downtown Stuart , 45 minuter till Palm Beach.

Vårt strandhus ligger på Hutchinson Island, en barriärö vid Atlanten. Vårt hus ligger i ett gated community med Oceanfront med privat tillgång till stranden och poolen vid havet. Vårt samhälle består av flera miljoner dollar hem, lyxiga husvagnar och husvagnar, allt under samma strandgemenskap. Vårt hem är ett modulärt hem ca. 700 totala kvadratmeter, 1 sovrum + Den, Fullt kök, Nyckellöst lås, Wi-Fi internet, HD-kabel-TV, Privat parkering, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, 1 queensize-säng, 1 dubbel storlek futon (Bra för ett barn eller kort vuxen) och Stor soffa i vardagsrummet.

Beach house

This house is at a perfect location! The beach is across the street stores and restaurants in walking distance . They supply a beach chair and a full kitchen. It was my second time at this house and would definitely go back!

Comfortable Little Getaway

This property is a cute and convenient little get away. We very much enjoyed our stay and had so much fun seeing the area. The owners are very nice and responsive and thorough. While we were comfortable and happy with the house, I would echo that it is older and does have a few areas that need some attention especially from a family perspective. Related to child safety, there are a few broken tiles and heat vent registers that need replacing, and there are a lot of entry points into the home that made me uneasy. Related to furnishings, these are not a big deal and we were just as happy without them, but if youre like me and enjoy cooking even while on vacation, probably best to bring your own cookware. The house is also missing drinking glasses which is easily worked around. The owners were very upfront and reminded me that this house only had one queen bed. There is an air mattress that is new and high quality and our two small kids did just fine on it, but a second bed would be ideal. For those reasons, I would recommend this house more for a couple getaway. You can’t beat the location and convenience, and again, it was a cute little place that we were happy with.

Needs updating and my husband cut his foot on the old vent covers/nails protruding from floor. Otherwise open kitchen/living space was wonderful when the family got together for breakfast. Had everything we needed. I would recommend Island Beach House to all. Thanks

Wonderful relaxing time

My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing 15th wedding anniversary staying at this property and enjoying the Jensen Beach area. While this is an older place that could use some updates it was a nice quiet neighborhood and very accessible to all beach and community amenities. The owners could not have been nicer and even let us check in a little early when we arrived ahead of schedule which was very kind. Great communication and very willing to please. We would recommend this place.

Lovely Area

Some updates would be nice but we have zero complaints. It’s a cute place with a great pool and the beach is right there! Fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Great experience!

Hutchinson Island

We love the location as we have stayed in the area about 6 times. The property has a lot of potential but really needs some minor cosmetic work. The neighborhood is really great and neighbors are friendly. In the past stays we have always had a welcome basket welcoming us. We had to text about heat as we were to old to figure it out and property owners turned it on remotely for us.

Wonderful location!

This was an awesome little cottage! The complex is clean and quiet with a gorgeous private beach and a boat ramp to the Intracoastal. Gated community adds safety. Everything you could possibly need already in the house!! Seriously! Toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. This was a fabulous and peaceful vacation.

Winter retreat

Home did not have an ocean view, but it included a private beach area, heated community pool and cabana overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach. We had friends that stayed in the village so we enjoyed their company. We had to leave early because of the Corona virus. We hope to make plans to return in the future.
