2/2 Strandhus på saltvattenkanalen 100 meter till kusten mellan kusten. Huset har en privat brygga med båtlift. Det är i ett gated community med privat båt ramp. Också om en 5 minuters promenad till klubbhuset med pool och privat strand. Det finns massor av matsal att välja mellan vissa en mycket kort promenad och några inom en mycket kort bilresa. Detta vackra strandhus har totalrenoverats inuti med nya golv, färg, badrum och bänkskivor i granit. Om du letar efter en strandresa för familjen eller bara du är det här platsen. House är fylld med allt du behöver för att bara koppla av och njuta av dig själv.

The perfect stay

First off. Owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for our short stay. Place is very clean and quiet and just a short drive to all the restaurants and shops.

Peaceful Getaway

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Being able to sit out back and fish on the back dock was awesome.

Everything was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is an Extra Key because that’s a pain to have to meet every-time to get in if we did separate things.

Cute & Cozy

Absolutely everything you need is there, from the beach bag if you forgot your own to the umbrella & chairs. Adorable decor and great location. My one issue was the a/c. It went out on Saturday and it still wasn't working properly nor had anyone stopped by to fix it by the time we checked out Wednesday morning.

A place where we will stay again !!!

Loved the dock in the back. Very peaceful and beautiful!!! Owner Chris was very quick to respond to any need throughout the whole process. The beds were comfortable, especially the queen. House was stocked with all you needed. Nice pool and beach access. Had a little difficulty finding anything on the super large TV but that’s ok cause we spent our time sitting out back.. visiting my sister about 15 minutes away. Would definitely recommend it to others and would stay there again next time we visit.

Wonderful location

The location of this property made for the perfect getaway. We spent mornings fishing on the inter coastal and afternoons across the street at the beach. Having a boat lift on property was an extra nice feature. The house was very clean. The owners were friendly and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Great experience would definitely return.

Great place

This little gem was a perfect place for my wife and I along with our grandson to enjoy the beach and do a little fishing. Place was spotless and the neighborhood was quiet. Really liked that the beach was so near and just over the bridge was anything you wanted to eat or shop for. Parking was a little tight but not a problem. We are already picking the dates for our next visit.

The house is in a great location . You can walk to beach restaurants and shops . The house was clean and very beachy .. I didn’t want to leave !

Very nice property and location

The beach house was very nice and clean. The location is between the ocean and the river. Easy access to the ocean and other facilities. I would stay here again.
