It was a super chill location and low key calm says the two young men (19 & 21) when their Mom asked them how they liked the place. So, to translate that, to adult speak, we throughly enjoyed the place. The ability to walk off the porch and down a clean boardwalk to a mostly empty beach was wonderful!The downtown restaurants and quaint little town were awesome. Walmart and Target were both close by as well. Great stay. Thanks!

Awesome location just off the beach behind the dunes. Great decks (upper and lower) to sit and watch the sunrise and have some shade in the late afternoon. Comfortable king bed. Nice kitchen and dining area for our home-cooked meals. We greatly enjoyed the comfortable accommodations!

We enjoyed the beach views from the balcony. The house is much older than it looks in the pictures. The stairs to the upper floor are pretty rickety and some steps were slanted down. Also there's a smell about the place that was unpleasant. It needs a good deep clean. The bed was comfortable. The check in/out process was smooth but over all we would not stay here again.

This was our first visit to Amelia Island, and it was a short one that we added on to a visit to Orlando. But we could’ve stayed much longer and are already talking about when we can go back! This property was perfect for my family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was adequately stocked, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. Not having to pack beach towels, chairs, and toys was a big plus, too! The umbrella and tent have been well loved so you may want to bring your own, but they served their purpose for us for the most part. The beach is beautiful and not crowded, and Amy was great to communicate with!

Location , location, location. Perfect! My grown daughters & I had a fabulous mother / daughter long weekend. Such a cozy condo that is right on the beach yet feels private.

We had a lovely couple of days on Amelia Island. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen comfortable living room area and easy beach access.

It is an adorable condo. You can walk right onto the beach, literally and enjoy a private setting. It isn't stocked at all, but we drove into town and ate and shopped. We Insta Carted one night. The only discrepancy is there is not a TV in the master bedroom. It's listed as having one. But the bedroom is big and the bedroom is nice.There are a lot of stairs, so if you can't do stairs, this will be hard on the knees. Overall, we loved it and it is very cute.

The view and location were excellent Very easy access to beach and pool. Unfortunately the condo needed updating Door to shower was broken and first floor screen door was also damaged Kitchen was cluttered with outdated and redundant kitchenware Bedroom and First floor curtains needed to be replaced

The condo was perfect, clean and beautiful. Just steps from the beach, and only a 10 min. Drive into town. Lots of things to do in the area, and many great restaurants too.

Beautiful location with fantastic view

This was a very relaxing place to stay on beautiful Amelia Island. We enjoyed walking Historic Fernandina and walking the beach.

Very much liked the stay - the house was very clean and comfortable and a close walk to the beach. Sunrise views from the bedroom were fantastic!
