The home was wonderful! It had everything we needed close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. For us the best part was that it was dog friendly so we were able to bring our fur babies. The home was clean and well stocked with all essentials. The private pool was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo home! The beach is less than a mile away with easy access near the Crab Trap restaurant. The kids loved the pool, and the spacious backyard was perfect for relaxing. The community is conveniently located near grocery stores, and the golf cart was a fun bonus that made getting around even better.

There was some trash left in a couple of trash cans. The trash in the main trash had not been emptied some remotes had dead batteries in them. The driveway was not the best very steep, although that was clearly indicated in the listing. There are some homeowners that are disgruntled because there are weekly rentals in their gated neighborhood are very intolerant with the weekly rental people had somebody complained to the homeowner about my dog barking and they were barking. Yes but not excessively so it seems to me that homeowners that live there full-time are very intolerant with weekly rentals and actively try to cause problems. Other than that everything was great we are no extra trash bags.

Very nice house

Large deck with pool. Large rooms with comfortable furniture. Not handicap accessible. Large steps with no grab bar. Showers are about a foot lower than bathroom floor. Large well appointed kitchen. Steep driveway.

We have stayed in this house 3 times and we like it but it is starting to show signs of wear and tear. Maybe needs a little TLC. We did not see the pool guy at all this week and the pool reflected that. Also, the new control panel for the pool did not seem to work correctly. If you turned on the jacuzzi, you could not have the light on the pool on and vice versa. Kudos to Amanda for being so responsive when we needed wristbands to use the gym.

This is a terrific property for adults with children or adults only. The pool is just big enough for kids to splash and jump in, and the hot tub is terrific. The screened lanai is great - we will be doing that at our house. All bedrooms are en suite so lots of privacy and the kitchen/dining/living room open concept is huge!Would definitely stay here again!
