1. Looking for a short-term Fall-Winter or Spring rental?

4. Just got hired doing construction at a remote location.
5. Just sold your house and your new home is not ready yet?
6. Need a place to stay for a few weeks and avoid the cramped hotel and high rental expense?
Take a daily walk on the boardwalk and breath in the ocean air. Conveniently located by Supermarket, walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.
Only 15 minutes from the Community Medical Center, Monmouth Medical Central Ocean University medical Center hospital and Parkway.
We also have studios, 1-bedroom and up to 5-bedroom homes available.
Fully furnished with all utilities included.
Must have proof of employment, good credit, and justification of departure location.
Please note for our Winter Rentals the max is 4-guests.
