Dewey Beach is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom cottage. The cozy space features 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 bunk bed, perfect for a peaceful getaway. With central AC to keep you cool and a refreshing shower in the bathroom, guests can relax and unwind in this excellent retreat. Wake up to the gorgeous surroundings and enjoy a memorable stay at our cottage. Off street parking for 2 cars & sleeps 6.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Linens are not provided at this property but the option to add a linen package will be provided within your lease.

In addition, a recent change to VRBO policy eliminates our ability to charge the local municipality accommodations tax (currently 3%) that is required. This amount will be noted in your lease and is required in order to confirm your reservation. This tax is payable to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.
