Great location comfy rental

Great location with good food options right across the street. Easy walk to the beach. Comfy bed and bedding. Really happy we chose this place for our vacation!

Convenient and cozy

This newly renovated unit worked out very well for us. Being close to the beautiful beach was great and we tried almost all of the nearby restaurants. We also liked being in the quieter area of the island but close to the Stickney Street Bridge to get off the island over to Sarasota. We would love to stay here again.

Great place! Would stay again!

Great cozy one bedroom with good sized patio space to hang out and very comfortable pop out couch for my kids. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, with a sleek design. Short walk to Calini Beach Club’s pool, and only a little further to the beach. Shops and restaurants across the street also make it a perfect location. Nick was very hospitable and replied quickly to any random questions I had. Thanks Nick! I look forward to staying here again!

Great location in Siesta Key!

Walking distance to Crescent Beach and local restaurants. On site coin laundry was available. The complexes pool was close but we did not use it. (Nicely maintained though)Cottage was clean and had new & modern updates, comfortable bed and pillows, kitchen had all the essentials that were needed for our 4 night stay. Easy check in/out process. Host, Nicholas was great at responding to questions in a timely matter. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Location and Experience

The location of the property is amazing. You can walk across the street for ice cream and pizza. The back patio was very nice, also. We would stay here again.

A wonderful property close to the beach.

Don’t be fooled by the outside. Everything is brand new inside and it’s in an amazing location -5 min walk to the beach, access to a pool, nice lanai outside and not in downtown siesta key. The host was outstanding to deal with, provided access to beach chairs and umbrellas and near by to a 7/11 and some restaurants. Everything in the property is just immaculate and I highly recommend.
