Paradise och oöverträffad lyx väntar på dig! Vår helt nya, specialdesignade enhet (affären stängde just hösten 2012!) har 10 fottak, uppgraderade LED Smart TV-apparater, 3 stora sovrum och 3. 5 badrum. Två sovrum har kungar, ett tredje sovrum har 2 fulla, och det finns en drottning i stor storlek i vardagsrummet. Varje sovrum har sitt eget exklusiva badrum, och det finns ett halvt badrum i korridoren. Köket är en gourmetkockdröm med expansiva bänkskivor i granit, rostfria apparater inklusive ett enormt SubZero kyl / frys, en gasbrännare med fem brännare, en ugn med uppvärmningslåda, en Ninja-mixer / processor, en diskmaskin, en mikrovågsugn och en Keurig VUE kaffebryggare. Märken inkluderar de eliter som Viking, Wolf, Jacuzzi och SubZero, bland andra. Det finns också en separat ismaskin och vinkylskåp i den våta baren och avancerad frontbelastning HE-tvättmaskin och torktumlare i den privata tvättstugan. Balkongen har ett utomhuskök med en topp på linjen gasgrill för att laga din fångst efter ett framgångsrikt Deep Sea Fishing äventyr! Men om det inte är din kopp te, koppla bara av på balkongen (du har ditt val av en utesoffa, ett högtoppsbord eller en badtunna!) och njut av den otroliga utsikten över Perdido Pass. The beds were very comfortable. The amenities were really enjoyed by the kids. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. It had lots of room for all of us. Great place to stay!

Super impressed!

This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place and we were highly satisfied!! I cannot get over how SPACIOUS the unit is. The water slide in the outdoor pool was a major hit with our kids (except the littlest one who was unfortunately too short). Appliances were super nice—-refrigerator was huge (which is always a plus on vacations; we didn’t have to jam everything to fit it in a tiny space) The extra ice maker was SUPER helpful to fill ice chests for the beach. Beds were very comfortable. We loved everything about this condo and this specific unit—-we will be back!

We checked in, upon entering unit we could smell mildew. The smell was coming from the kitchen area, mostly in the area of the sink and dishwasher. The cabinets around the dishwasher were warpped/damaged from water damage and were still moist. The ice maker was broken and had leaked along the baseboard. Water damage was present there as well. We were told by the owner that the icemaker would be fixed but that never happned. He said he had to buy a new one and that it wouldnt be there for a couple weeks. The smell in the masterbath was unbearable at times.(not necessarily the owners fault because it appeared to be sewage vapors coming from the drain in the shower. Im assuming this is a building issue) This is not our first visit to Turquoise Place. We have stayed in 3 other units and experienced the shower drain issue at times in those units as well. Overall, the unit was clean and was consistent with what the online pictures showed

First Timer!

I've been a property owner in OBA a couple of times so this was my first time at Turquoise Place. 25th floor. Great unit. Everything worked. Unit stays busy and has Everything from beach chairs to cleaning products already there. Only thing I bought extra was toilet paper and paper plates.

Perfect in every way

This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place, and we already can’t wait to go back. Location- perfect Amenities- perfect Cleanliness - perfect Accessibility - perfect Owner - perfect Unit - perfect We have absolutely zero complaints about this unit. Fully stocked kitchen Beach towels provided Beach toys provided Washer and dryer Comfortable beds CLEAN Appliances up to date Will definitely try to book this unit EVERY time we go in the future. I won’t be surprised if there ever is no availability. Literally the perfect condo.

A relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful time with our young kids, and we can’t wait to go back again. They are installing a new waterslide, and my kids are thrilled. They are removing some of the hot tubs from the balconies, but they still have a huge bathtub and spa.

Loved this condo!

We had a great time at this condo. The owner is great to communicate with and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The views off the balcony are gorgeous and we loved having our own personal grill that we didn’t need to share. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

The property was is great shape and everything worked. I stayed here for week and it was a great time. The property manager was quick to respond. I hope to stay next year in the same unit as it was such a great time.

Wonderful place, beautiful views

Check-in was easy. The cleaning service was finishing as we arrived. We had no issues, and the few questions we asked were answered promptly. The place was beautiful, and the views were amazing! We will be back and definitely stay in this condo again.

After vacationing all my life on the Emerald Coast, and coming close to buying a place several times in the past, we decided to buy at Turquoise Place.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We fell in love with Turquoise Place the first time we drove by it. Its sleek design, luxury amenities, and ideal location were second to none. The grill and hot tub on the patio, the afternoon on the lazy river, the saltwater indoor pools, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and huge state-of-the-art fitness centers just put it over the top for us. We love it and look forward to coming back every time!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

No other place on Orange Beach can offer the amenities that Turquoise Place offers. We love waking up and watching the sun rise from the balcony, taking long walks on the powdery white beach looking for shells, eating fresh baked oysters for dinner at the Cobalt, grilling our own fresh-caught fish on our private balcony, getting fresh Royal Reds from Blalock's, jumping the waves with the kids at the beach, and taking a relaxing dip in our private balcony hot tub before bed. We love it all.
