1804c was a great condo. My family of 4 came down for spring break. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Torquoise Place has really nice amenities and beaches.

We love turquoise place

We love this place. This is not our first time here. We did have a couple hiccups with the unit but response from property management was nearly instantaneous and the issues were resolved.The view from the patio simply can’t be beat. The patio had plenty of seating for our group and we enjoyed using the grill. Although we never used the hot tub, it was checked regularly by staff. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of pots and pans, bakeware and dishes. For the coffee drinkers out there—it has a regular electric coffee pot as well as a keurig.The beach is beautiful, the pools are wonderful and we love the indoor pool and hot tub. The slide is fun—even for grandparents :)We would definitely stay here again. Also, if you have the luxury of traveling in off peak months the resort is much quieter and there is usually no wait for the elevators.

Property Host was the worst person I have ever dealt with in renting a property. She did not email I information for property until after I contacted VRBO on the first day of rental contract. She was not personable or cared that I did not have the information I need for the rental property.

Perfect Mid-Winter Break

We hate winter! Nice to escape a bit to this beautiful condo on a beautiful beach. Communication with host was great. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill. Bed and linens were comfortable. Enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings & mornings, as well. Really cool watching the dolphins from the balcony. Wish the check-in/check-out times (4:00/10:00) allowed more time and for that reason, we might pick another unit next time. Other than that, stay was enjoyable.

Fall family vacation

The unit was very nice and as expected. Just an FYI if you book through VRBO, email communication may come from “Bookerville”. I missed several key emails since I wasn’t aware of who to look for and they had gone into my spam folder. The check in process was simple and the unit had absolutely anything you’d need to stay in and cook as well as close to an abundance of great restaurants nearby if you don’t to. We had a great time and would recommend this property.

Perfect Beach Resort for all ages! Beautifully decorated! Impeccably clean. All amenities! ♥️

This was our first visit to Orange Beach. Our family vacays have commonly been on 30A, but we have found our new favorite at Turquoise Place! The Unit was beautifully designed and decorated. Beach theme was perfect. The kitchen was immaculately stocked. Cook & hostess dream! Coffee on balcony in morning watching the dolphins come in and evening sunset views were amazing! Master bath whirlpool tub and balcony jacuzzi perfect! Pools (even indoor pools) & lazy river were spectacular! Looking forward to bringing Kids back next year for new water slide, pools & other resort activities! They will love it!!

New Years family trip

We really enjoyed our stay- have been to Turquoise Place multiple times and always have a good time. The unit was nice and comfy with a few issues. Hot tub didn’t heat up properly, no or almost dead batteries in remotes. One of the showers leaked behind the faucet. I was disappointed in lack of response to messages before and after our stay.

Beautiful Place in a great location

We had a lovely time in this gorgeous and clean facility. The only tip I would give is to bring your own necessities. This condo had nothing! No salt, no pepper, no coffee filters, no tinfoil, etc! No drawer with extra wrapped forks and condiments from previous renters. It isn't a big inconvenience, but its to be noted so you can pack accordingly.

Sweet home, Alabama!

This 18th floor condo has terrific views looking out to sea and up/down the immaculate white sand beach. It is nicely furnished and appointed throughout... and quiet, even with kids doing wind sprints above us.. Kitchen is well-stocked with tableware, pots and pans. Beds are comfortable. AC/heat work well if needed. Plenty of hot water for laundry and showers. (on one day, water in the building was shut off twice without notice or explanation, so no showers or laundry) A few minor indications of wear and tear: one bedroom closet door off-track and thus unusable; jets in master tub don't work; squeaky doors in bedroom/bath. Because this is beach resort, it was a surprise to find that the condo has no beach towels, beach chairs or other beach equipment. We purchased beach stuff locally. You can rent chairs and umbrellas but not towels or ocean toys from a concessionaires on the beach, or bring your own to save time and expense. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, and activities within a 20 minute arc. Overall, a good fit for the five of us.
