JD's Beach Oasis At Estero Beach & Tennis Club
Welcome to JD's Beach Oasis at Estero Beach & Tennis Club. This is a 7 night minimum rental. Get ready to enjoy some beach fun or simply enjoy lounging at the heated pool. Fort Myers Beach has gone through a rough 2 1/2 years, but rest assured, the beach is still magnificent as well as the amazing sunsets.
Estero Beach and Tennis Club 102C is a one bedroom, one bath condo on the first floor located at the south end of the island and is only steps away from the white sand beach. I accommodates 2 people. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare your meals. There is a little dinette table for you to enjoy you meals at or you can enjoy them out on the balcony.
The bedroom has a beautiful king size bed and a full size dresser for all your belongings and a room divider for added privacy. The private bathroom has a walk in shower only.
The condo does not have its own washer/dryer, there is a coin operated laundry room just outside the lobby, it takes quarters or you can download the app that is on the machines and pay that way. The office does keep quarters on hand if you need them.
The condo is equipped with 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience. Estero Beach and Tennis Club has a spectacular heated pool with plenty of loungers to relax on and enjoy the sunshine, or you can take a short walk down to the pristine beach where you can sunbathe, go shelling, catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the water or take a nice stroll along the water's edge. Complimentary WIFI is in the unit.
This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a 5 days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass. It is located in the B building.
The pool is now fully open for your enjoyment. You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. If you are traveling with friends that need a place also, please contact me so I can check availability either in the same building or one of the other buildings associated with Estero Beach and Tennis Club.

You will also find that we supply you with a limited supply of paper products, towels, linens, amenity size soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We are available 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, if you have any issue that can not wait until the next day please call us.
