Beautiful Ocean front home in San Pedro, Belize
Your cozy getaway awaits in San Pedro at this fantastic house. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, along with 4 bathrooms equipped with all the essentials, this property is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a soothing retreat. The house also offers amenities like heating, WiFi, AC and a washer & dryer for your convenience. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in San Pedro.
The entire home includes 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is on the second floor, has amazing ocean views, outdoor balcony, king bed with bathroom attached & large 2 person shower. Bedroom #2 is also on the second floor with a Queen bed, attached bathroom, partial views and small hanging closets. Bedroom #3 is on the first floor and has a Queen bed, partial views and small hanging closets. There is a bathroom just out the door of the 3rd bedroom that is shared with the living space. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, full size refrigerator, water cooler, pots & pans, dishes, blender and anything you may need to cook and mix drinks. Living room is cozy with 2 couches, 2 recliners and a small tv that has cable and wifi. On the pool level, there is a bathroom and an entire covered patio for those that do not want as much sun.
There is a 250ft pier with a Palapa at the end for fishing, relaxing, watching sunset or snorkeling. You can snorkel right off the pier (Be cautious of Boat traffic, stay close to pier while snorkeling and wear bright colors). The water is only about 4 ft deep at the end of the pier, of course it gets deeper the further out in the water you go. There is lots of turtle grass so the snorkeling can actually be pretty good at times. We have seen lobster, conch, star fish, crabs and a number of different fish. If you do not like the feel of turtle grass, I suggest you take strap on sandals or water shoes. I typically have the grass removed immediately around the end of the pier so you have a nice sandy place to stand and chat with friends.
This home is a 3 story structure with the first floor elevated 13ft so there are lots of stairs. This home is not fit for someone with limited mobility.

My husband and I have traveled to San Pedro as divers for over 20 years. We love to travel and spend time with family. We retired in 2021 and absolutely love spending as much time as possible in San Pedro when our home is not booked by guest.
Varför värden valde detta boende
Our home is about a 25 minute golf cart ride from town. The road south is still dirt and can be very bumpy if we have had a lot or rain. Although it may be bumpy, it is still a beautiful ride as you are along the coast line and can see that beautiful water while along your journey. The south end is mostly residential and pretty quiet. We do have a few restaurants, bars and bodega's to get your basic necessities.

We built our home in 2019 with family in mind. Our home is a 3 story including the roof top. The living area is 2 stories. The bottom level with pool is completely shaded for those that do not want too much sun. (I am a ginger). The pool is in full son until about 2:00.
