The mid-century modern living room is seriously a vibe – high vaulted ceilings, a massive 55" smart TV for movie nights, and a super comfy sectional that’s perfect for naps or can crash two extra guests.

Ready to play? The game room is stocked with retro fun – classic Nintendo (yep, with 620+ games), two custom arcades, foosball, darts, and even a ping pong table. Whip up your favorites in the stylish kitchen – it’s got stainless steel appliances, a spacious layout, and bar seating for hangouts while cooking. Eat inside or take it outside to the breezy veranda for some SoCal-style dining.

There are four cozy bedrooms, each with their own smart TV – perfect for winding down with your favorite shows. The main bedroom has that hotel feel – king bed, walk-in closet, private bath, and views of the pool. Every room has fresh linens and a relaxing vibe to help you recharge.

Guest access:
You'll have the entire estate to yourself, including the backyard and guest studio.

Other things to note:
• We take cleanliness seriously! Our team follows enhanced cleaning procedures between each stay, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces.
• The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round
• This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
• Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.
• After 10 guests, there's a $50 per night fee for each additional guest.
• Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule.
• Loud music is not allowed on the property especially after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine and/or immediately removal from the property.
