Apartment Sviti Tour As Modern and quiet place by Town Hall with AC and WI-FI
Apartment Sviti (43 m2) is located on the second floor of the traditional town house and it is accessible by lift from the Town Square entrance. The other access to the apartment is from Fish Square by the Ljubljanica River, but only accessible only by stairs. The entrance to the apartment is then from the internal atrium of the building.
The air-conditioned Apartment Sviti Tour As was completely renovated in April 2024 with a focus on modern design and comfort. High ceilings in the living area offers a comfortable upholstered sofa that opens out into an extra bed for two (160 x 200 cm), a Smart TV, a dining counter and a work area with a writing desk. From the living room is an entrance to the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and stairs leading to the gallery above the bedroom, where is another double bed (160 x 200 cm), but the height of the gallery is not standing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer compartment, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. In the spacious hallway with large wardrobes there is a washing machine. Next to the apartment in the inner atrium there is a garden table with two chairs.
The apartment also provides an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, bed linen, towels and wireless internet access.

Arrivals take place from 14:00 to 21:00 and departures up to 10:00, unless agreed upon otherwise. If you plan to arrive after 21:00, please let us know about it in advance.
The cost of a tourist tax is not included in the price - guests are requested to settle it upon check-in. It is 3,13 EUR/day/adult and 1,57 EUR/day/child (7-18 years).
We offer private airport transfer to/from Ljubljana airport and airports in neighboring countries, guided tours, a car with a driver or just tips for individual trips around Slovenia.

Our offer consists of completely furnished apartments, which are mostly situated in the center of Ljubljana, near or on the same address as the reception. During years we started to offer full service and today we also organize transfers, tours and excursions, city tours. We welcome you to stay with us; we will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

This property is located in picturesque Ljubljana downtown across the city hall in pedestrian zone. It is a perfect spot to start exploring the capital city and other destinations in Slovenia. Apartment is air-conditioned, offers free Wi-Fi and a peaceful place to stay. It is located about 10 minutes away from the main bus station and train station.
