Thank you for the feedback. Our home is located in a convenient Auburn neighborhood close to local attractions, and our exterior and interior are well-maintained. Regarding the minor AC condensation overflow in the basement, our maintenance team addressed it promptly. Although you stayed the night and utilized the home, we understood your frustration and graciously issued a 100% full refund the following day to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for the feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We have sufficient supplies but I have observed sometimes guest fail to find them or our cleaning partners do not put sufficient supplies.We have labeled all the lockers and I have also increased the number of towels we provide.

We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed the updated space, the quiet cul-de-sac, and the convenient walking distance to the casino. It was a pleasure hosting you and your friends for the weekend. I wanted to quickly address a few of the points you mentioned so future stays are even more comfortable: Bedroom Lighting: The nightstands are equipped with built-in LED lighting, which is why there aren't separate traditional lamps in the rooms. However, I completely understand that navigating new lighting can be tricky, so I will be updating our welcome binder with clearer instructions on how to turn those on and adjust them. Kitchen Amenities: We do have cutting boards available in the kitchen—they must have just been tucked away out of sight! I'll make sure they are placed in a more obvious, easy-to-find spot. Ice and Water: While our fridge doesn't have a door dispenser, we do keep ice cube trays/stands fully stocked inside the freezer for our guests' convenience. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these minor hiccups caused during your stay. We'd love to host you again anytime you are back in the area! Best regards, Paul
