Drive cautiously, especially if itâs your first time in the area, and give yourself a little extra time. Most guests make the trip just fine, and the views are absolutely worth it! If you have any questions or need help with directions, feel free to reach out. Safe travels and we canât wait to host you!

âą Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation
âą NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $1000.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
âą Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots
âą State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking
âą No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine
âą NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. This is the rule of the Condo Association.
âą Suitable for children (2-12 years)

âą For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
