Dessa lägenheter ligger på ett högt bergspass med utsikt över Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. Ändå är det inom Gatlinburgs stadsgränser och centrum är bara en snabb 7 minuters bilresa. Området är väldigt lugnt med några hus runt lägenheten men på avstånd från varandra för mycket privatliv. Det finns massor av parkering och enkel tillgång till vår lägenhet med 2 sovrum på bottenvåningen.

Dessa lägenheter är fullt utrustade med allt du behöver. Vardagsrummet har en stor sten spis med en 50 ”LED-TV ovanför med tillgång till gratis Netflix och gratis kabel. En mycket bekväm soffa och kärleksplats utgör vardagsrummet med en skjutbar glasdörr som leder ut till däck. Köket är super bekvämt med rostfritt spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och kylskåp. Alla dina kokvaror och redskap tillhandahålls. Vi erbjuder också en fullserviceset för 6 personer, massor av köksutrustning, tillsammans med en kaffebryggare, mixer och brödrost. Mellan köket och vardagsrummet finns en matplats med plats för 5. Alla golv här är ny hård laminat. Utanför ytterdörren finns en liten portik, med en sittgrupp och en propangrill för att grilla saftiga biffar.

Våra sovrum är så bekväma, sovrummet har en king size-säng med utsikt mot däck genom skjutbara glasdörrar. Mittemot sängen finns ytterligare 50 ”LED-TV. Ja, en 50 ”TV även i sovrummet! Utanför sovrummet har masterbadet ett djupt 2-personers jacuzzi med 25 strålar. .
Gäst sovrummet har också en king size-säng tillsammans med ytterligare 50 "LED-TV. Ett andra bad i full storlek tjänar detta sovrum.

Kanske är det bästa utrymmet i hela lägenheten det stora väderdäcket. Detta 450 kvadratmeter stora däck har en sittgrupp för 4 skyddade mot regn och sol och sedan ett solområde med gungstolar. Du kan mycket väl tillbringa större delen av din vistelse hos oss precis ut på vårt däck!

Granne med lägenheten är en av husägarföreningen klubbhus och pool. Det är bara en 30 sekunders promenad och är ett bra ställe att tillbringa soliga sommareftermiddagar med barnen.

Observera att vår enhet är under parkeringsområdet. Fyra trappsteg leder dig ner till ytterdörren.

This was a great property, very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, hiking trails and literally 5 minutes from Ober Mountain, with scenic views on the drive in either direction. The condo was a perfect size for our small family of 3. The clubhouse and pool on property was great for entertainment during downtimes.

Beautiful condo! EXCELLENT HOST!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO! Host, Steven, was an absolute pleasure to rent from. We have never had such wonderful communication with a host before! Steven not only communicated well before our stay, but would text us helpful info during our stay. Upon arrival, the condo was pleasantly clean and well equipped for our needs. Always love a condo that has two couches for four adults! Thank you Steven for allowing us to rent your beautiful Gatlinburg condo!

Gatlinburg mountain condo

Great space for a family of 4. Nice deck off the back of the condo, peaceful and decently private. Just a few visits from the neighborhood bears - they stayed in the lawn.

Nice Condo for family trip!

This condo is very nice and cozy. Very close to downtown Gatlimburg and just right next to Ober mountain, probably even walking distance! Amenities are good, clean and everything is in good state! Netflix for the kids and a nice patio which probably is great in summer! No problem with parking at all, and the drive up the mountain is not bad at all! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Steve for making sure everything was perfect!

High Alpine Condo

Steve is an excellent host. He sent activities, excellent directions , and much more. We spent a week in the condo which has great furnishings and a most comfy king size bed. A great place to stay while in Gatlinburg.

Awesome condo!

We had a great stay at Steve’s place! He was so easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. Everything on the listing is accurate. Drive up is a little scary if you’re not used to driving in the mountains but I got the hang of it pretty quickly though! It’s in a nice quiet location but not too far from town. Pizza delivery a few miles away was great! Would stay here again!!

Gatlinburg Getaway

My girlfriend and I spent the week in this very nice and comfortable condo unit as we toured the Great Smokey Mountains. After long days in the park it was very refreshing to come back to the condo and kick our feet up and relax on the deck. The daily siting of bears completed the week!!

It is not clear in the description that you have to go down 5 set of stairs if it had been we would not have booked this condo It was musty smelling and the carpets were damp if the humidifier had been turned on that probably would not have been a issue

Mountain Bliss!

My family and I stayed for a week in this mountain condo, and we absolutely loved it! The home was very clean and neat. The kitchen was amazingly clean! Lovely counter tops and new appliances! We cooked 5 of the 7 days and were never without what we needed to do so. The cookwear was in better condition than expected (I've seen some scary cookwear in vacation homes), and had everything we needed as far as utensils... all in all, a great kitchen! The beds were comfortable and a welcome friend after long days of trekking through Gatlinburg! The deck/patio was wonderful. Fully shaded with seating for 6. Automatic lighting illuminates the deck area for evenings. Its where we spent most of our time when in the home. Enjoying cool breezes and visits from birds, a raccoon and mama bear with cubs(she just walked by with her cubs in tow, didnt even seem to notice we were there...but we did have bear spray, just in case). If its the sun you seek, the pool is a 1 minute walk from your door! Overall, its a wonderful place to stay. Its exactly as advertised. That includes the stairs! Lets face it, most folks leave in the morning and return in the evening, so youre only going up those stairs once a day, its really not that big a deal! We took out our trash in the morning when we left to save an extra trip up! If you're looking for a place thats clean, comfortable, well stocked, well cared for and within 30 minutes or so of every attraction imaginable, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Cozy, quiet condo

This was a perfect setting to come home to after a day of hiking in the park. Very clean, very quiet. Beds and furniture are quite comfortable. From the back deck we saw hummingbirds, a curious bear, and listened to the sounds of owls, crickets, and cicadas. As others have noted, there are three levels of stairs to go up and down.

Great getaway.

This was a great property for us to vacation at. I do feel the cleaning ladies could've been more thorough, but it was nothing critical. It was quite a drive up the first time, but we got the hang of it after lol. Steve was a fantastic host. Provided plenty of helpful information and was quick to help us when needed. Our biggest complaint was the rude woman upstairs whom has a broken sliding door to her porch and doesn't care about other people as she goes in and out constantly. It sounds like furniture being moved all day and night. I don't understand owning a condo but not wanting to do the repairs. However, I know that isn't Steve's fault. Just bad luck for us lol. This condo was an amazing deal for the four of us. The porch was nice and cozy to relax on and just enjoy nature. And we saw 3 bears on our trips back to the condo, one of them that came up to our back porch. We had plenty of fun during our stay!

Everything we needed

Steve is a great host. Always answered questions quickly. We found a better route to get up to the condo which felt less treacherous. Condo was nice. Well worth the price we paid. Steps did get tiring after going up and down multiple times. The beds were very comfortable!! No backaches the whole week!!

Bad deal

We paid for two nights, stayed one, took the loss and moved on. Very bad location, no view, four flights of stairs Down, not a well maintained property or unit. The unit is dated and not clean, but we paid the cleaning fee..... Just another owner trying to ride the vrbo trend, one star accommodation, motel 6 is a better choice.

Great value in a great spot

If you are looking for a great value away from the city, this is a great option. It is a bit of a drive up the mountain and not for the faint of heart, but we enjoyed the drive. We saw bears, turkey, coyotes on our drives. It is easy to get to and from on the bypass. You can avoid the buy parts of the city if you want. It was close to Ober as well which was convenient. Communication was excellent from the owner and the lockbox made check in check out easy. It could use some updating and repairs as well a a deep cleaning, but I would stay again regardless.

The property was excellent. Quaint and cozy. Very nice for four people. Beautiful view from deck. The roads are a little intimidating as there are very sharp curves and not much room for two cars at the same time. No free parking downtown unless you are patronizing an establishment. Cheapest we found was $10 per day. Merchants that we encountered were all very nice and friendly. Hope to be able to go back soon.

Great Stay!

The property was exactly as described. Clean and super comfy! We wanted a little getaway for just the 2 of us and it was perfect. The initial drive up was a bit sketchy the 1st night. There is a 2nd less scary way in and after we discovered that it was not bad. Overall we had a wonderful stay

This property is located in such a beautiful location that it was an irresistible purchase. It's just so peaceful at this condo, yet only 7 minutes from bustling downtown Gatlinburg.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

So close to the Ski Resort you could even walk, directly next door to one of the 3 Homeowner Association pool clubs. But the best benefit is the beautiful, large sundeck. What a great space for meals, sunning, socializing or just watching mountain showers !
